Everything was fine at first, two weeks later the car sent an alert (Friday afternoon), I notified them and they made an appointment for me at the workshop until Monday; but unfortunately the day I took it, the alert no longer appeared, they told me that if it happened again I should take it immediately (Ana Granados); On Thursday the 22nd I notified again, Rigoberto very kindly made the appointment for me at the workshop, but they had agreed since the previous occasion (Ana Granados) they would lend me a car so I could get around while they were doing the checkup, today Ana Granados, He tells me that he will not be able to lend me a car, in addition to the fact that I notified him on Thursday the 22nd and just today he responded to me; What a lack of professionalism and empathy with the client.
