Decided on the spur of the moment that I wanted something sporty and cute. In less than an hour I got what I wanted. Ed, Adam and Greg took great care with me in choosing my vehicle, doing paperwork and showing me all the bells and whistles. I’m not only pleased with my purchase but also pleased how smoothly and quickly the transaction took. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and a great selection of vehicles was what I wanted. They did not disappoint!!

Traveling through the area, 4 hours from home, 4.5 hours from destination. My right rear brake starts to chirp and heat up. Then quits, then starts. We stopped at the first ford dealership we came to (not Shaffer). They were not friendly, so we left. We looked up the next dealership on our route, leading us to Shaffer Ford. We explained our situation. They looked at the vehicle right away. We needed a new caliper. This meant new brakes and rotors, too. With no caliper in stock, they ran out twice to different places to get us what we needed to get back on the road ASAP. They were friendly, and did everything they could to help. The price was more than reasonable.

I was in a car accident in February, my insurance company had my car towed to the Collision center right down the road from Ford, they had my car for over a month, gave it back twice to have check engine lights come on, smoke rolling out of the tail pipe and engine etc.they refused to fix the engine issue, stating it must have been done prior to the accident.....long story short, after getting carbon monoxide poisoning driving the car the Collision center swore was "fixed" and had given back to me the day before, I had it towed to Ford, where they were able to prove that the issues were caused by the accident and reported their findings to the insurance companies!! They fixed the issues PROPERLY and its running great now!! Dave from the service department is the best!!! I 100% recommend them!!!

I honestly can't say enough good things about this place. I have never been to a dealership that works so hard to help their customers. Ex: While I was sitting outside waiting for my new tires an older couple drove up and talked to a service guy working in the shop, he stopped what he was doing and took a quick look at their car to answer some questions they had. You don't see that level of service anywhere else these days. They fit us in last week for a quick same day oil change when I had to make an emergency last minute trip and needed an oil change before putting so many miles on my truck. These people truley care.

The people were pleasant enough and made the experience easy. However, I've recently had some work done to my car at another location back home and they've informed me of the sketchy job that was done here. Parts were not replaced properly, bolts and other parts were used which were not suitable for my car (some parts not even car parts!). I think it's entirely unacceptable. I'd avoid this place if at all possible, you'll think everything looks fine until someone looks under the hood and knows better!
