“I am an 81 year old goat with a bad knee and bad hip. I took my Nissan Maxima to Western Maryland Collision Center to have the front bumper cover and fender liners replaced. When they finished the repair they cleaned the car inside and out. I so much appreciate this because I have not been able to carry my vacuum cleaner down the stairs to my basement garage for over a year and the inside of my car was a mess when I took it to them and spotless when I got it back. That attention to detail really touched me. God bless you all.”

“I owe a great debt of gratitude to Mark and the team at Quality Automotive. The alternator on our family minivan failed us mid drive on the highway and brought us to an immediate stop at this exit. The tow truck driver recommended the location and I had to take a chance to drop the car off after hours. It was a scary situation for the family and I was convinced I was going to be stranded in the area for days.
