“Patrick was very patient and kind helping us set up the ROFO rewards card. He even help me with setting up temporary data from his phone. He is an asset to your store. Not many employees are patient and kind in these tough times where people are cruel and mean. He was very helpful and did not loose his cool while helping us and other customers.I do not live near here. But wish we had more people like him in the world. One thing I didn't like was there is no free wifi in you'r store 87 off route 1 in Conowingo Maryland.I could have gotten this done quicker if there had been free wifi in your store. : (...Especially since my data ran out and Patrick linked me up to his personal phone to complete the process. “I personally haven’t had any issues at Lion Express. The new owner (Qasim) has done a remarkable job with that store sense taking over. The prices are reasonable, the staff has stepped it up, and the take out is pretty darn good. Not easy on a small business to even staff a store these days let alone provide very good service. Keep up the good job Lion Express the community sees how hard your working for our business.”

“Sandy and Allison were a Godsend today when we broke down hauling our camper and dogs home. Excellent service and went out of their way to help us. We appreciate them so much. The place was clean, well stocked and we were able to get refreshments while we tried to fix our truck. Sandy definitely went above and beyond to help us. I hope someone high up reads this and give her and Allison some recognition for making our miserable day a little brighter.”

“Ordered from the delivery today 9/4/23. Went a picked up order. Paid 67 dollars for said food. Came home and was given the wrong order. I immediately called the deli manager hung up on me. I drove the wrong part of the order back. Which I was told I gave them the wrong order number. I gave her the food and at that time was told she was not preparing the correct food for us and we would have to deal with Mike the owner so no dinner for have of our family.9/5/23 Updated review.This morning I went into Craigtown Market to speak with Mike the owner to resolve the issue from last night. Mike was respectful and we were able to talk to each other with respect. I was given a refund for the items I didn't receive and left feeling grateful that the manager and I were able to speak to each other and resolve the issue and still having me want to do business with the store still. I recommen if you have an issue speak with Mike the owner and he will make things right. We are all just human and mistakes are made but this business will make it right when something does go wrong.”

“I had put in a order for tenders and a sub, but because it was on two different computers they accidentally forgot about the sub. I noticed it, and said something to the big manager, (I keep forgetting his name, but I think it's Lenny) and he had them make it. I wasn't at all upset, things happen. I just pointed it out. For the confusion, the General Manager (Lenny?) gave me a free sub on him the next time I came in. THAT's customer service at it's BEST. It was unprompted, and I am very thankful for a store that takes care of it's customers. Thank you guys, from here on out, that's MY Royal Farms store.”
