“Went in to use the bathroom today and an employee was waiting in line for the bathroom , so of course I said hey go ahead first she's at work and I know personally how it is to use a bathroom on clock. She was very very kind had such a bright personality great attitude.! She thanked me and proceeded to the bathroom. I went next and came out and she was behind the counter already and went out of her way to hand me paper towels to dry my hands. I truly appreciated the kind gesture. she went above and beyond her job ! Will definitely come back to this store just to see her !”

“Ordered from the delivery today 9/4/23. Went a picked up order. Paid 67 dollars for said food. Came home and was given the wrong order. I immediately called the deli manager hung up on me. I drove the wrong part of the order back. Which I was told I gave them the wrong order number. I gave her the food and at that time was told she was not preparing the correct food for us and we would have to deal with Mike the owner so no dinner for have of our family.9/5/23 Updated review.This morning I went into Craigtown Market to speak with Mike the owner to resolve the issue from last night. Mike was respectful and we were able to talk to each other with respect. I was given a refund for the items I didn't receive and left feeling grateful that the manager and I were able to speak to each other and resolve the issue and still having me want to do business with the store still. I recommen if you have an issue speak with Mike the owner and he will make things right. We are all just human and mistakes are made but this business will make it right when something does go wrong.”

He was polite, friendly, and gave me directions to the nearest grocery store where I could get more supplies. Always go to this store when I am in the area.”
“Sandy and Allison were a Godsend today when we broke down hauling our camper and dogs home. Excellent service and went out of their way to help us. We appreciate them so much. The place was clean, well stocked and we were able to get refreshments while we tried to fix our truck. Sandy definitely went above and beyond to help us. I hope someone high up reads this and give her and Allison some recognition for making our miserable day a little brighter.”

“Best Royal Farms experience I have ever had! I called ahead needing a platter of chicken very quickly for a large family gathering. They not only made us FRESH CHICKEN, they had it done in record time! When we arrived they had almost finished the order and we were given complimentary drinks and a taste test for the chicken to make sure the quality was up to par. The manager Diane was the epitome of professionalism while showing such kindness!If you want some of the best chicken around from people that you can trust check out the conowingo ROFO!”

Mark...the one who always starts our day by the unique way he has of saying " Haaave a good one!" And last, but not least, Ms. Sharon, whom we don't see often, but manages to keep the best Seven-Eleven staff I've ever seen! “I just wanted to post something positive because most people have just posting the negative. Now that the pharmacy has been taken over recently by the other pharmacist, I think his name is Davon(speaks in a low tone) this pharmacy has been running alot smoother. I pick up a lot of prescriptions there for myself, daughter, parents and some elderly patients I care for, and they are always on time, and if there is an issue he always has a solution, and not just brushed off. 8 out of 10 times this man has answered the phone himself over the past month and for a pharmacist that is impressive to me! A lot of times problems come with in the insurance itself with no fault to the pharmacist/pharmacy so when there is a good pharmacist on staff please be patient. We need more like him and Walgreens should be thankful to him.”

Not many employees are patient and kind in these tough times where people are cruel and mean. He was very helpful and did not loose his cool while helping us and other customers.I do not live near here. But wish we had more people like him in the world. One thing I didn't like was there is no free wifi in you'r store 87 off route 1 in Conowingo Maryland.I could have gotten this done quicker if there had been free wifi in your store. : (...Especially since my data ran out and Patrick linked me up to his personal phone to complete the process.
