“Love this store!!! Its like a Disney store for adults! A little high priced but liscened merchandise is usually more expensive anyway... I make sure to stop by a few times in a season bc we always grab cool shirts and figurines. The sales and clearance sections are usually "lacking" but again, it's liscened merchandise from the mega-global conglomerate DISNEY so I expect that, still, I'd like to get some cool stuff for cheaper if possible ?Singed,A mother of three who visits often ?✨️(Got our Airbender and Firebender shirts from there 2 weeks ago! “Took bike in for derailleur adjustment ( front and rear) after they loosened up on a long ride. Delaney, the Manager of the department assured me bike could be fixed even though the drivetrain wasn't a common one. I received a call and email in about 3 days telling me my bike was ready. Shifting is now smooth and impeccable, thanks to Delaney and her team! Thank you all so much!! I will keep bringing my bikes in for service.”

“I give this a 5 stars because there was an obnoxious, pathetic customer in the store that literally THREW a hanger at the employee. The employee kept his calm and tried to diffuse the situation. Honestly, this is what happens when you live in a liberated country... people abuse their rights and take advantage of the system. I just wish that customer gets charged for some type of abuse because although the service industry is important, customers should not be put on a pedestal to the point where they are hand-fed everything!”

“UPDATE: Talked to customer service for Lifetouch Photography and JCPenny, the managers were SUPER helpful! They allowed me to schedule a reshoot which, by the way, was an EXTREMELY great experience with Austin! He was patient, kind, and gave direction for our family to look our best and feel comfortable. I appreciate the staff who were able to capture and retake the memories with our family. Thank you for your time and assistance with the matter. I give this review 4 stars since I would’ve liked the positive experience to have happened the first time we took photos other than that, I left the studio with a smile on my face and will continue to have my family photos taken at JCPenny! ?
Original Review: Been coming here for over 3 years and never had an issue until today!!! I just had a baby and wanted family portraits. My photographer, Summer, was rude and picked THE WORST photos taken for the digital album. Paid $130 just for my eyes to be closed in some of the photos and my youngest daughter’s face covered and didn’t even get to do the proper family portrait positions. Very unhappy with the quality of the photos since she rushed through it and don’t take the time to make us look our best which is her job. Have not been able to reach a manger or anyone after taking the JCPenny Survey and don’t plan to come back to the Columbia Mall location or maybe any of them for that matter. Look at the photos and tell me that you wouldn’t be upset that out of the 35 taken these are what she picks! These were the only 3 i had with my daughters and each one of them is awful! Eyes closed in one, her face covered in the other, and hair is messed up in the last one. UNACCEPTABLE”

“Gina at the Columbia Mall in Maryland, went over and beyond Customer Service!I was looking for something in particular for my granddaughter for Christmas.She looked through the store, plus the storage area then called two places to finally find someone who did have the item. She waited plus helped the other colleague from another location to make the sale plus deliver to my address. “This review is specifically to commend Qweisi and Addie for the excellent above and beyond service! Unfortunately the PIN code on my gift card was not visible/unable to be read after the staff tried to reveal it. This occurred in the middle of my transaction and I spent over 40 minutes in the store with them as they tried to resolve the issue in order to get the payment completed. It was an ordeal indeed, but Qweisi and Addie continued to troubleshoot so that I could leave satisfied. In the end, they took my information and committed to shipping the merchandise to me as soon as possible. Addie planned to resolve the issue with corporate during the week so that I would not have to wait any longer in the store. Thank you both for putting customer experience first!!”
