This store was very clean and well organized I believe in large part to the great management of Nyrie (I hope I spelled it correctly). She was very hospitable during our visit and helped us find everything we needed as well as offered great recommendations regarding current sales and promotions. This is the second or third different BoxLunch I have been to and overall they seem to be staffed with great people who value customer service. I had just gotten off of work at about 5 and was researching availability which led me to visiting this Vans location for the first time and I can confidently say that I will %100 be returning! I had thee warmest welcome and was lucky enough to be assisted by Alex H. She was so accommodating, patient, and kind! I can imagine that individuals who work in retail are mentally and physically exhausted after a busy season but by Alex’s stellar customer service you’d never even know. I ended up leaving with 2 pair of shoes for my 2 children and a huge smile on my face. Thank you Alex for being as genuine and helpful as were! You are a light! And I will definitely be taking the commute to have a rare experience like this one! I felt as well as one can feel about spending money:)”
“This store is a must go to for outdoor clothing and equipment. They have the top brands in outdoor clothing and shoes (see picture ? of the wall ? of shoes ?) as well the equipment you'd need for camping ?. Their staff is stellar! I needed a pair of really good hiking ?♂️ boots ? for an upcoming cruise ? to Iceland ??, Greenland ?? and Canada ?? and, the sales lady pulled 4 different companies boots ? in my size, supplied me with a pair of socks so, I could walk around with the different boots ? and see ? which one had the best fit. Also, they have an outstanding rewards program where you can earn rewards for your purchases AND, those rewards are good for 2 YEARS! No needing to RUSH out and use them before they expire. They have loads of parking (see picture ?). Overall, a fantastic store and, the one I'll go ?♂️ to when I need outdoor stuff.”

“Freaking Amazing!!!! I looked all over for weeks for a dress to wear to a wedding in the south of Spain (different season than us & a specific color scheme for the wedding, photos are below!) & Thank goodness for Andie! She was so helpful in helping me find the most perfect dress! I loved it so much I ordered it in black so that I could have two!!! Still need to go pick that up but omg I love this place! If you are looking for any special occasion or to just have nice clothes that you won’t see on anyone else this is the place to go! Side note: they also have super cute gift items!!! “I came to Claire's today to get my daughters ears pierced. We had Peyton, who did such an amazing job! She was so sweet with my daughter & made her feel comfortable. She was patient & very professional explaining everything to me. She did a great job & we had an excellent experience for my daughters first time getting her ears pierced! I highly recommend Peyton to anyone who wants to get their ears pierced. She is a sweetheart & very good at her job!”

“I give this a 5 stars because there was an obnoxious, pathetic customer in the store that literally THREW a hanger at the employee. The employee kept his calm and tried to diffuse the situation. Honestly, this is what happens when you live in a liberated country... people abuse their rights and take advantage of the system. I just wish that customer gets charged for some type of abuse because although the service industry is important, customers should not be put on a pedestal to the point where they are hand-fed everything!”
“UPDATE: Talked to customer service for Lifetouch Photography and JCPenny, the managers were SUPER helpful! They allowed me to schedule a reshoot which, by the way, was an EXTREMELY great experience with Austin! He was patient, kind, and gave direction for our family to look our best and feel comfortable. I appreciate the staff who were able to capture and retake the memories with our family. Thank you for your time and assistance with the matter. I give this review 4 stars since I would’ve liked the positive experience to have happened the first time we took photos other than that, I left the studio with a smile on my face and will continue to have my family photos taken at JCPenny! ?
Original Review: Been coming here for over 3 years and never had an issue until today!!! I just had a baby and wanted family portraits. My photographer, Summer, was rude and picked THE WORST photos taken for the digital album. Paid $130 just for my eyes to be closed in some of the photos and my youngest daughter’s face covered and didn’t even get to do the proper family portrait positions. Very unhappy with the quality of the photos since she rushed through it and don’t take the time to make us look our best which is her job. Have not been able to reach a manger or anyone after taking the JCPenny Survey and don’t plan to come back to the Columbia Mall location or maybe any of them for that matter. Look at the photos and tell me that you wouldn’t be upset that out of the 35 taken these are what she picks! These were the only 3 i had with my daughters and each one of them is awful! Eyes closed in one, her face covered in the other, and hair is messed up in the last one. UNACCEPTABLE”

“I bought a dress here super last minute bc the one I bought online never got delivered, and we were heading to a wedding that day. Keon (sorry if I misspelled he had a cool rose tattoo on his hand) was awesome and super helpful with helping me find a replacement dress just in time! He showed me where I could find the dresses I liked online, and even recommended a dress that I ended up buying and got so many compliments on! Definitely coming back here to buy formal dresses in the future instead on relying on online shopping”

“The BEST express in the DMV. I went to Tyson’s and felt forced to select a suit I didn’t love because of limited options. when I got home I knew I had to return it. Went to Columbia and they had everything pulled and helped me with different shirt options because I changed suit colors and was amazed at how many more options they had and everything laid out perfectly!
