I recently had a frustrating experience at Windsor that left a sour taste in my mouth. I was shopping for clothes and was in the store well before closing time, yet at 7:30, I was told I could no longer use the fitting rooms, even though the store itself doesn’t close until 8 PM. This felt unreasonable, especially considering there was no prior warning about this policy—no announcements over the intercom or signage to inform customers that the fitting rooms would close earlier than the store.
To make matters worse, I wasn't the only one affected. Another shopper was also told she couldn't try on the clothes she was actively looking for because of the same early fitting room closure. It’s disappointing that Windsor prioritizes rushing customers out of the fitting rooms over allowing them to try on clothes in peace, especially when they are already in the store and ready to buy.
A better approach would be to allow customers already browsing to try on clothes without feeling rushed or inconvenienced by an unannounced policy. Overall, this experience left me reconsidering whether I’d return to Windsor in the future.

I bought a dress, a few minutes after I saw it had a black marker stain on if. I showed it to the guy and he took me to the counter and didn't say a word to me while doing the change. Nowhere in that interaction did he mention a damn final sale. When I took it out at home I saw they have picked up the wrong size. I took it to the mall in Wheaton to get my size. They we're telling me I had made a return "three times" with the same dress.

They have nice formal dresses and the aesthetic of the store is cute. Wish the dresses had zippers though...

very bad place, what's the point of having nice clothes if the employees treat you like we're trash? I'm very upset with the Windsor employees who treat you very badly. I won't go to that store again.

I went to 4 different Windsor stores in the DMV looking for a specific jumpsuit and had so much difficulties with the workers until I came here and ran into two Angles. Samia & Tria were so helpful and inviting. The store was clean and well organized. I Definitely had the best customer service experience I’ve ever had in any store. I’ll definitely will be coming back here again!

My experience in this store was all around 10/10.Down the customer service to the selection of items they have. Shante gave me top tier treatment, was patient with me and gave me her best service! I came for 1 thing & left with over 10 items. I will be returning !!!! SHOP WINDSOR !!!

Great selection of trendy dresses. Too bad they have a limit of 3 dresses in the dressing room. The store was crowded with people shopping for homecoming dresses - no one tries only 3 homecoming dresses - so you have to wait in line multiple times to try everything on. The associates aren't helpful or friendly. Awful shopping experience.

Firstly, let me start by shouting out Ashley and Renee (might have been Brenee). I came in to buy an evening gown and after trying on a couple I fell in love with one that they didn’t have my size for. They graciously agreed to take the dress off the manquin to get me right size despite the store being busy as it was lunch time on Saturday. Cannot thank these girls enough they were wonderful so so extremely friendly. Overall, this was a great experience with awesome customer service. If not for them I would have left without buying a dress.

I went to return an item to this location at 12 pm. Online it said they were open from 10 am- 8 pm. When we arrived, the employees were kicking someone out of the store and said we could not come in because they had lunch 12-12:45. This should be mentioned online. This is very misleading. We came to the mall specifically to return something at this store at noon and it was not mentioned anywhere online that they would be closed at this time. Edit: The manager reached out to me and sent a nice message and apologized for my experience which was very much appreciated. Thank you Xach!

Genise was so helpful and knew so much about the merchandise and could recommend styles and colors. She was so sweet, sincere and enthusiastic. Highly recommend!!!
