The tellers and bankers here are clearly still learning how to do their jobs right. It took over an hour to do the most basic tasks that bankers and tellers should already know how to do during their training. Avoid this branch at all costs or suffer a headache from their lack of knowledge.Thanks for ruining my day and wasting so much of my time! I'm closing down all bank accounts with Wells Fargo at this point. Any other bank can do better than this!

Went in for exchange a few grands of $20 to $100 bill and the teller told me they dont have any $100 at that moment, and have a nerve to tell me they don’t print money there so its normal to not carrying $100 bill. What a lovely teller and her attitude. I ran to BOA at the mall the lady their bringing out a stack of $100 bill with 0 problem!

The worst customer service. Closed the bank due to inclement weather when rest of the businesses are open. No body cared to let their customers know that the appointment has been cancelled and bank will be closed for the whole day. I wish I can give zero star.

Banking is all about customer service and the manager and staff at the Wells Fargo Bank in Columbia MD are the best of the best. Friendly, efficient and professional in every way, they make banking enjoyable.

Just walked in and they tell me that I need a appointment some Blondish curly hair girl what a joke not one customer there I understand that it’s covid but come on man no body was in the place and I was going to open up my new business account with them oh well they lost my Bussiness and lost my personal Bussiness too like I said what a joke they weren’t even trying you work Wells Fargo fire ? the people from this location

Disappointing level of customer service. Rather than working to resolve issues, it seems that my banker creates problems to intentionally impede progress. I do not feel that said banker cares about helping the customers. Customer since 1996.

Terrible Customer Service, I needed a temp debit card due to the fact that my previous debit card was deactivated because of fraud this branch only takes appointments even for something that involves that, i encourage no one to do business here, they obviously don't care abiut customer satisfaction if you don't have enough bankers working to assist all customers and you shouldn't have two drive thru lanes open with only one incompetent employee running the operation, im absolutely disgusted
