Like all grocery stores in the area lately, Wegmans assumes you’re going to steal and does not want you there, and it’s understaffed beyond function. The woman, whose assigned task was apparently to just hover over self-checkout, was literally falling asleep standing up. (Why can’t your staff use chairs?)
But I’m posting because I often stop here after I hit the gym for food from its marketplace. Today, at weekday lunch time, half the Asian Bar bins hadn’t even been stocked, and the ones that were were empty for all but a single dried out green bean or a smear of leftover sauce. I assume too understaffed to maintain, or perhaps eating in store means more potential-shop-lifters to watch like hawks.
Either way, this is no longer my post-gym stop.

Great selection of products, quality produce and reasonable prices. Store is also very clean. Layout can be a bit much to navigate and find items but I like shopping here.

Love it when they have produce and just basic food staples in stock. Produce always looks empty and when you do find what you are looking for it’s close to spoiled.
