December knife around 9:48. I slipped and fell on a liquid substance that was in the children's department. Witnesses saw me fall and told several store workers of the incident. My shoes were so slippery to put back on, that I had to purchase a pair of shoes. meanwhile I'm sitting 10 minutes asking to speak to the supervisor. She never came up fr of customer about my concerns. I will be pursuing a lawsuit. For one, the staff had no concerns then he asked me if I needed an ambulance they just walked around like it was nothing ! But the fact that the supervisor didn't even come up to assist Thank God, I recorded it. It was the behavior of the supervisor that I didn't like.

To the Ethiopian Manager, from WalMart on Dobbins in Columbia, MD, you fired a Senior Greeter at the end of May 2023 because she made an error, I guess, and greeted a woman and then wished blessings upon her two children, but use the words "Holy Spirit." The woman happened to be Muslim and was outraged, but the Greeter apologized repeatedly because she didn't know. Two days later, she was fired by phone by this manager. That was unprofessional and God sees you. The Greeter had been working for WalMart over 27 years and everyone loves her. That was a cruel act! People like you will not be blessed because your reaction did not fit the incident. When someone, who happens to be Muslim, mentions Allah, am I to be offended too!

i returned something on 1/30 from a gift card and still haven't received the gift card refund. what is the problem. i called 3 times and they said it was issued and it is not on my walmart app in the wallet. SOOO CRAZY. NO WONDER YOUR STORES ARE CLOSING. Now i don't have my refund. I would NEVER recommend shopping at walmart. the only reason why i did is because i received a gift card. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER

Ran in for paper goods only. No food items. This location is always so very busy. It reminded you of Christmas in January. Pack your patience when coming here. Also be careful not to drive thru the front, near the door. After turning in, go left and find parking from the back end. Quite a few ppl dart out from the door into the lanes... so be careful. Ambiance? It's Walmart

First, they used to have some fresh fruits and salads, for example a couple choices like fresh strawberries, watermelon, and packaged fresh salads at a good price, but of course Walmart put an end to that. So, now it is just ailse after aisle of mostly junk food. Another sign that corporate has abandoned this store and is letting it go to waste.I went in yesterday to look for a hair product that was supposed to be on the shelf via internet information, but it was not there. I picked up one or two grocery items I could use as to not waste a trip. However, even though it was Saturday, there were so few cashiers, and the self serve line was winding half way down a lengthy grocery aisle, so I left with no purchase. I can get these exact same items at Target, Safeway, Giant, Harris Teeter, or anywhere.The stock of items they used to carry has really gone way down. I realize part of it is covid, but I really can't find anything anymore with half empty shelves. Some of this should have improved by now.I have run into so many rude and hateful employees here, that I try not to go in here unless I need something specific, as with the hair product. I imagine it's not the best job, but no reason to take it out on me.The reason I gave 2 stars instead of one is that customer service in the back of the store has actually been pretty good. I have returned a couple of online purchases back there and they have been for the most part efficient and pleasant. Shout out to the ladies and gentlemen in the back!

I know Walmart typically gets a bad rep for its customer service, but I want to give a shout out to one of the employees. I was at the self checkout kiosk and one of my items would not scan. She took the initiative to ask if I needed assistance. There are employees who go above and beyond contrary to popular beliefs. Another reason why they have earned five stars is because they sell two of my favorite candy bars, Whatchamacait and Mr. Goodbar in snack size. I rarely see Whatchamacalit sold in stores and I never see Mr. Goodbar available in snack size.I also like that they have a larger array of gift wrapping supplies that are considerably cheaper than its rival, Target. A few months ago they had a coupon for buy two cards, get one free. I never see that offered by Target.It's solely the candy bars that really keep me coming back.

Shoutout to our local customer heroes! A special blessing to Ms Margie who called someone to help me in the jewelry department! Staff is friendly and working hard. Have patience with each other and thank each other for making our world a better place... kindness and courtesy is an amazing blessing! Thank you for your excellence Walmart staff!!! You are truly a blessing and we all owe you a lot especially during the pandemic!! Ms Margie and Omar helped me surprise my hubby with a new wedding band and he really liked it :)

Stay away from the Nasty Manager Sherry!!! She helped me @ the front desk. Right as I approached she gave me a nasty look and eyed me up and down. Didn't even say a word to her yet.. and THEN she had the nerve to speak to me with an attitude. I am a very nonchalalant person so I let it go, but I definitelywanted to warn the others about this nasty women. Ugly AND bitter, like pick a struggle

I like to come here before work sometimes because it's really close to my job and it isn't busy in the early morning but today was a disaster. When I was ready to checkout, I was happy to see a lane completely empty. Unfortunately I ended up the cashier by the name of Rokia who saw my candy and literally told me she wanted them. She kept asking me for them and asked other cashiers if they had more and would not check me out! I ended up being there for over ten minutes despite repeatedly telling her I needed to go to work and I was going to be late! Then she had the audacityyyyy to ask me to go back there and get her some. I told her I absolutely would not and again reminded her I needed to go so she hesitantly scanned the rest of my items. After telling her the clearance items weren't coming up as the right price, she gave me the biggest attitude and was slow to change the prices. I'm sure she didn't do it right but at that point, I just wanted to leave. This lady is extremely childish and needs to be fired.

I had a terrible experience, I went there and it was a long line (which was fine) When i was next for selfscan the attendant the scanner was only taking cash. The attendant basically said oh well. The service was terrible, i had to qait an extra 15 minutes, Customer service was not helpful at all. I understand that we are all in difficult times but this was unacceptable, Customer Service is Customer Service. It inly always happens at this Wal-Mart.

After shopping at Walmart on Saturday, I went to self checkout and noticed that they were not cleaning the self checkouts after every customer. Very disappointed in how Walmart is handling their procedures, during Covid... I'll stick to Target and Trader Joe's who have done a wonderful job during this Covid.

I really truly have a strong dislike for this Walmart. Since moving, this is now the closest Walmart to me. I don't like the layout of the store. It's so weird! I feel like I was walking in circles looking for something. Another bummer is that this is not a Super Walmart. Therefore, no groceries. They have a few grocery items but honestly, don't waste your energy. Just go to the regular grocery store. 9 times out of 10, you won't find what you're looking for anyway. Then to top it off, the staff aren't the friendliest. The only thing that makes me happy about this Walmart is the fact that it's in a shopping center with a bunch of other stores and places to eat. I'll probably stop in for toiletries or house needs every once in a while but more than likely, I'll stay away. I'm more of a Target girl anyway and Target is literally right across the street. If I really need to go to Walmart, I may have to venture to Arundel Mills or Severn.

DO NOT GO TO THIS WALMART!!! Besides masks and stickers on the floor, I can't see ANYTHING that this Columbia, MD Walmart is doing to prevent the spread of covid-19! For their employees, as well as their customers! In fact, they are making it WAY WORSE!!! Tens of thousands of people go into this store DAILY....and there are NO wipes to wipe the baskets, NO spraying down of the baskets before bringing them back in for reuse, NO plexi-guards dividers at the registers, NO wiping the registers after each customer, NO hand sanitizer to be seen anywhere!!! Stickers on the floor and masks, ALONE, will not stop this spread of this virus. This made me sick to my stomach. I hadn't been to this store in a while, and I'm glad I didn't bring my wife and kids. This is the last time I will be going there! Both, Target across the street, and Wegmans down the road, do all the things mentioned above. For your safety, and the safety of others...STAY AWAY!!!
