I came here for a few things but they have no stock. I was walking around and decided to look for mascara since they didn’t have anything else in stock. The manager then came over and started “reorganizing” everything. I felt weird so I walked to another section, in which she followed me. I’m not stealing. I shouldn’t have to be discriminated against while shopping in your store.

They call twice a day to say Rx is ready then when I go they say it wasn’t. Got mine mixed up with someone with the exact same name….come on :/ Avoid this place as they have no clue what they are doing.

SARAH Pharmacy Manager was extremely unprofessional and rude! She dispensed an expired medication to my 79 year old mother and when questioned about why this happened she proceeded with an attitude, was extremely rude and repeatedly interrupted my mother. She did not take the time to listen to my mother’s questions or hold any accountability and then hung up on her. As a healthcare professional myself, I was furious that there are people in healthcare roles that treat people like this. When I called the pharmacy to speak with Sarah she was also rude to me interrupted me while I tried to understand what happened. She said “I explained myself to your mother and I am hanging up now”. Her behavior was unacceptable!I am appalled that she is the manager and running this pharmacy with lack of respect,Communication and callous towards patients. She needs to be fired from her role and should not be serving the community as she is doing a disservice by being in a healthcare role.I will be filing a complaint to corporate about the despicable attitude this woman displayed. Shame on you Walgreens for hiring this woman.

This pharmacy refuses to fill my prescription on time and when they finally agree to fill it I’m told it’s out of stock. Horrible. I’m switching to another pharmacy

Do not ever ever ever use this pharmacy. I have had the same prescriptions on auto refill for FOUR YEARS and they can never get it right. The amount of time I’ve wasted just trying to get my prescriptions. They text me they’re ready. I go. They are not. They say in the app they are ready. I go. They are not. I get enrolled in a program through Walgreens that supposed to guarantee that my prescriptions are there on time every month. They call me. I go. They’re not ready.I call corporate. Then I get a call back from the pharmacy saying their customer service is perfect and they don’t know what my issue is.I have now switched all my prescriptions over to another pharmacy and I will NEVER set a single toe in a Walgreens ever again.

I called to get assistance and the person on the phone started yelling at me, when I questioned him he hung up. Each time I called back they picked up and hung up. I’m pulling all my prescription from them. I can get better service from a private pharmacy.

I stayed on line I had 4 customer ahead of me , almost every single customer had a conflict with female pharmacist or the pharmacy tech. The pharmacist was extremely unprofessional and talked to elderly person a head of me so rude and short . The service was horrible and when I mentioned that to the pharmacy tech she responded don’t come here if the service is bad . It didn’t seems like they have any regards for patient’s time . I called this sane branch several times to make an appointment but the pharmacy would never answer any of my calls . Hope someone would read this and make some improvements in their staff training .

I went here after the Walgreens on Auto Drive changed their hours and were closed. I needed to pick up an important prescription. Everyone at the pharmacy was very helpful even though they looked overwhelmed. I was able to get the prescription filled with minimal stress. Thank you!

In all of my years being a Walgreens pharmacy customer. This is by far the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I see now why they have two stars. Long wait times and horrible customer service. They speak over you when you are trying to explain. I called earlier this week to prevent the exact problem I had today. They arbitrarily place you on hold during a conversation—lackadaisical attitude. I had to go to another Walgreens pharmacy to get a prescription for my son filled that the pharmacy manager told me she wouldn't fill, and she refused to call the other Walgreens to get the proper information to fill it....when my voice started to elevate....rightly so, she told me I need to calm down. The incompetent Pharmacy manager also told me to use that pharmacy to have the prescription filled. I feel sorry for anyone needing medication and choosing to use this location. Well, guess what, incompetent pharmacy manager, you picked the right one to display your level of incompetence to today..... and if I had to do it again, I would most certainly hang the phone up on you again!! It's the least I can do.....

The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a pharmacy. Prescriptions sent at noon for my wife's major ankle surgery, still not ready at 7pm. The employees response to my complaint..."we can't just immediately fill prescriptions for everyone". If you want any kind of competence for you or your loved ones, I highly recommend never stepping foot in this pharmacy. What a joke.

Awful customer service. I understand that pharmacy was just closing within main store but there was still a customer in line and my medication was ready to be picked up. Four people behind the counter and all refused to assist for very needed medication.

If I could give zero stars I would, calling this pharmacy is a joke. They will continuously pick up and automatically put you on hold. I keep getting messages saying there is something wrong with my prescription status but when I call to get more information, there is no one to speak to. How are you supposed to resolve an issue if you can’t get an answer with the number provided. THE WORST, always! Do better, good grief.

PHARMACY REVIEW- Extremely rude customer service. You call and you get put on hold 10 times without them saying one word. When you finally get in contact to speak with someone they are rude and have awful attitudes especially the woman working on 7-21-23. If you hate your job so much get a new one! This location clearly needs new management to help with customer service. Will not be filling at this location ever again! Just awful experience every time. Would rather drive further for good customer service and a pharmacy who actually cares about their customers.

I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH BAD THINGS ABOUT THIS PLACE! The staff is rude they don’t communicate with the consumer well and they make changes to online orders without consulting you. I ordered one thing. They said it was deleted then I called the store to find out why. They told me I had to talk to someone else. I called them back trying to cancel the order they still didn’t help telling me to call other Walgreens. Then I finally got a notification saying my order was ready. I told them I was there to pick it up and 30 seconds later they canceled my order without me asking them. Absolutely horrible Walgreens.
