I would never buy from this company. Bait and switch tactics on cases of paper. Claims the specific case of paper I ordered, WHI851120, is out of stock so they can no longer honor the price of 33.95 per case and push me towards a $68 case. When I point out they changed the product number to WHI851120A4K and ARE still offering a case of paper for 33.95 a case, they change their story and now say they cant ship to my area - yet their trucks go up and down the highway outside our office. This seems to me like a bait and switch.

Was a Lil nervous as this location doesn't have good reviews, with that my experience was very different.
First time live unload at 0700. Arrived at 0600 everyone I met was very friendly and willing to help direct me to receiving (was a Lil confusing to find) at 0635 was given a door and unloaded very fast. Docks aren't bad for backing if you set yourself up good. Would definitely come back.

Checked on my order after 8 days, no follow up. 11 days later they said it was on its way, but it wasn't. It had never been sourced and they planned to start the whole process over again. WB Mason really left me and my customers hanging, and did nothing to resolve the problem. Your business cannot depend on WBMason, DONT RISK IT!

By far the worst place toWork for. I worked here for year and let me tell u.Parking lot full of drug addicts. Out all day long smoking weed. I mean they dont work at all. They are out in parking lot. Selling weed. Rolling blunts. Even drinking at night.If u walk in parking lot. U will see wrappers of SUBOXONE strips. People who work here snore pain pills in their cars or cocaine. Ive seen it. If u don’t believe me. Come take a stroll in parking lot and prove me wrong. Ive seen 8mg and 12 mg suboxone strip wrappers all around parking lot.Inside warehouse smells like weed 24/7. U would think its weed dispensary.Warehouse is filthy. Managers are clueless. Workers damage boxes to take and eat whats inside.People steal from this warehouse daily.I ve seen few managers and supervisors literally getting high with their employees. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST WARWHOUSE EVER.If u dont believe me. Come get a job here and experience week working here.Night crew is whole different story. They party in parking lot.Job never gets done.Extremely unprofessional and everyone who works here can operate any forklift they want without license or even experience.I would never recommend anyone working here. It is disgusting environment

I really don’t want to comment. I am a truck driver. The most important thing is time. I arrived early and I was not allowed to unload the goods. I would like to ask the warehouse owner, are you hiring all useless employees?

Very poor customer service. You are nothing but a number. Don't try to resolve the issue from the local level - just call the national customer service line. You will get a personable response from them. As much as I like to support the smaller company, it will be Amazon Prime from now on.

I absolutely love wb mason all around best people there as for the boss and mangers very friendly and helpful and I would help these guys out anytime I work for a cleaning company and we order from them to great prices if I could give them 10 stars I would.

I've been in purchasing for 22 years with a large veterinary hospital in Northern Virginia. WB Mason is the worst company that I've ever dealt with. Their selection of products is weak, and in many cases overpriced. The deliveries are regularly missing items. When you call for help, expect to get different answers about where your products are.

Highly unprofessional staff! I was forced to stand outside at my interview to make sure I had an interview there the woman literally looked at me like she saw a ghost, management will waste prospected employee times and play weird games and say the week after next every week after next lol it’s disgusting I can’t imagine buying anything here or doing a project with them also I did not see one black personal. Working in the office only cleaning and that also made me uncomfortable

SCAM ALERT!!!! This business advertised an online special where if you bought 4 cases of K-Cups, you could add a code & receive a free Keurig coffee maker. I went through the ordering process & the order was paid for/confirmed. When the order failed to show up by the delivery date, I went to check my account with them & only then discovered they had canceled it without notifying me at all! I checked with friends of mine who had also taken part in this special & every single one of them had also been canceled with No Notification! No "rain check" or alternate were offered.

The customer service at W.B. Mason is awful. I'm a very patient and understanding person and have never given a 1-star rating on anything before. I basically ordered moving boxes that never arrived. I spoke to customer service many times and each experience was essentially a runaround. I had to get my credit card company involved in order to finally get a refund.

Agree with Kat. Worst customer service ever. Took them a week to tell me an item is out of stock even after talking to a customer service rep the previous day who said everything is ok. There excuse is that they are at the mercy of their vendors who sometimes don't communicate with them. Why would a company put up with that kind of service from a vendor. Bunch of BS artists and liars. Save yourself the agony and go anywhere else to buy your things.
