Carmen is literally the best hairdresser ever! I have been going to her for 13+ years and she is the only person who I fully trust with my hair.

I scheduled an appointment with Carmen, and she was amazing to talk to - even just on the phone. Carmen was very warm, knowledgeable, and assuaged some of my worries about having my mum go to a stylist I've never been to for her big chop.
