Had a wonderful experience with this UPS store. The notary helped me print some documents, notarized and packaged everything I needed for my application. He went above and beyond by helping me scan my documents for a clearer resolution and printed it free of charge. It was very kind and made a huge difference on a stressful day trying to mail in applications. My package also arrived the next day as promised. Highly professional service and excellent customer care.

The Oakland Mills UPS site is the BEST I have ever been to. They are not only extremely efficient but professional and courteous. In additon, I had a package go MIA from the shipper and the individual I spoke to on the phone spent 10 minutes or more trying to locate the package in the system and explaining to me what to look for on the site and what the instructions meant. It was above and beyond. I wish I had got his name for the review but I truly believe I would have received the same customer service from any one of the staff that works there. You guys ROCK!

Would highly recommend this store! My husband and I needed printing and laminating services for a celebration of life happening that morning. Kelvin was beyond helpful completing a job that seemed impossible to achieve in an hour's time. He did a wonderful job and the quality of the product was fantastic. The color of the product was also better than printing we did at Staples earlier that day.
