I use this store for my Amazon returns a couple times a month. EVERY TIME I have come here, which has been dozens of times over the years they have been helpful and professional. Today I came in right at 5pm fully expecting them to be closed but they helped me and were (as usual) friendly and professional. The guy even helped me tape up my shipping box

I had to drop off a few large Amazon returns today at this location and the staff was very friendly and efficient. Even though there was a line when I went in, they took care of all the customers and made it a super quick and easy experience. Thank you!

Appreciate the help of the ladies here. I had sent an important package erroneously to the wrong address and the team here really helped me out to correct it after it had shipped. They answered my multiple calls checking on status and even followed up the next day to let me know that the address had been changed and was tracking for delivery. I am grateful for their patience and proactiveness regarding my issue, particularly as I was quite stressed about the situation.

Oh my goodness! I needed to return an item to Amazon and I happened to be in Columbia and I came across this UPS store! Great service and extremely fast!

Very helpful and kind ladies. As long as your demands are reasonable, they do their absolute best to accomodate you within their power according to UPS’ own demands and rules for them. I think some customers get so frustrated because UPS Stores have guidelines like paying for extra tape for Amazon drop-offs. What they forget is that Amazon doesn’t pay individual stores for shipping and packing supplies, neither does the UPS. These stores get a very small sum for printing out the QR code labels and holding your packages at their stores for UPS trucks to come pick them up for your convenience. While you can drop-off however many returns at these stores, packing and sealing your return items from whatever online stores you bought them from is entirey YOUR responsibility. Anways, always a pleasure coming here!

The two Asian women working at this location are very rude and Nasty! Over talked me, demanding and rushing! I went for a simple return and the entire time they were both being Nasty and Rude! Why choose to be in sales with that type of attitude? I know these reviews are not taken into consideration, but someone needs to go in and give them the proper training they need to be in sales and understand how to talk to people.

These people don't answer the phone and they are hard to find so you can't get directions and have to wander around to find them. When I politely told them that I tired to call because they were hard to find, they were incredibly rude and said they had customers in the store so why should they bother answering the phone if there were already paying customers in the store. What jerks. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Use the UPS store in Normandy off Route 40 instead or Staples drop off or FedEx Office for print/copy etc. Too many other options to have to put up with this kind of rude customer service.

Don't even go here the one lady I guess she is the manager of the store is rude. I had UPS deliver my package to this UPS store as I have done before. This time I go to pick up my package and they are charging me $5.00 to pick it up.

I usually come to this store to send out packages. The woman who I encountered today was incredibly rude. She repeatedly screamed yes ma'am and wanted to charge me $63 for a package going to NY because she couldn't guaraBree would deliver this week. Terrible customer service.
