This store is ALWAYS busy; it’s a good thing that employees like Lorenzo know how to manage the influx of customers, keeping the line moving, directing people to the automated kiosk while still providing exemplary service. Kudos to the owners/managers in finding and training good people.

Long lines and got scammed doing amazon return. Never had to buy an opaque bag from Whole Foods, but that's part of the hustle here at UPS store. Ship your stuff elsewhere.

This was my first visit to this UPS store. I had to return an item I purchased through Amazon. I did not have my own packaging but the UPS employee recommended what I should use to package my return. He (Lorenzo) was very personable, knowledgeable , and professional. Excellent experience here!

Different ownership, still has great service. Today we used the self serve Amazon return feature for the first time and an employee kindly took the time to teach me how to use it. It’s also nice seeing some female employees.

DO NOT TRUST STORE 209: RIP OFF by “alleged owner, Damon.” shipped a pair of Uggs to my Granddaughter February 8 and paid $35.94 for shipping and package wrapping with insurance. But on February 20, they charged me $45.46 to ship a second pair of Uggs (different color same size, same addressee) insisting that they could not ship without charging me an extra $2.50x2 For basic Pack Materials, and $5.99 for a box much bigger than was necessary. The package had shipped to me from Uggs Australia in its original hard sided box, and at most all they should have used to pack it was a plastic wrap envelope. But the guy who insisted it could not be shipped without being placed in an official UPS box with Official UPS Packing materials identified himself as the Owner, Name on shirt was Damon, and refused to ship it without his added $10.00 plus charge. I will never ship from that store again. This is the same “Notary” who last year screwed up my retirement paperwork when he signed his name in the wrong box.

I've now had a couple of problems with this particular UPS Store. The first was when I had something to ship overseas and was told that this location doesn't ship internationally. This is UPS, right? How can they not ship internationally???The most recent issue was last night, as I tried to return an unused box that I had purchased from a different UPS Store. As other reviewers have mentioned, apparently this owner doesn't want to do returns either. Happily, I was able to return it without issue to my local UPS Store this morning.I get that The UPS Store probably allows franchise owners to set some of their own rules, but I'm not sure how this location can get away with deviating from what I would consider normal business practices.

I made a phone call to the UPS store in Wilde Lake, Md and the CSR I spoke with, Mr Darrien, was very polite, well spoken and courteous. If he didn't know the answer to my question, he kindly went to his mgr, Mr Andrew and ask. For me, I do not get that kind of attention from some CSR, but Mr Darrien, I did.. So thank you for your service, Mr Darrien and his mgr, Mr Andrew for Great Customer Service.Ms. E. El

If I could give this place a negative rating I would. Showed up exactly at 6pm and as I was walking up to the door the UPS worker saw me and locked the door right as I was going to open the door. The package was already paid for and when I told him that he just stood on the other side of the door and looked at me. No words nothing just stood and looked at me. Was I there right as they closed? Yes absolutely but you would think every once in a while just a little customer service would go a long way. Do not recommend this UPS store location at all.

I was happily greeted by a tall Latino man and was very customer friendly (handsome as well) and was very effective with his work. Definitely recommend this store. God bless, and keep up the good work
