Absolutely disgusting! We usually rent from Enterprise, but they'd already closed for today. So...we called this place. Huge mistake. The first car that they brought out was so nasty that we couldn't get in it. This was after we advised that cleanliness is very important to us. The owner assured us that the car was clean. It was disgusting. Like they bought it from a police auction 20 years ago and never detailed it.
The next car reaked so heavily of cigarettes that I am still trying not to gag. They actually have the nerve to charge as much as Enterprise.
I would close my doors before I conducted business this way. Do it right or not at all. I will never use this company again.
