“I have come to this location several times to get my rescued Build-a-Bears restuffed, and the staff there is very professional and very friendly, and they know their customers and their faces. They are very enthusiastic about their jobs and they pass it on to the customers. They're always excited to see what rescue I bring that needs to be given new life :3

Every time I come, I leave with more accessories and clothes for my stuffies and I got a new one on one occasion. They are willing to talk with you about what you're looking for and work with you on picking something out, whether it's a new friend or a rescued one. The staff make it a very cozy place :3”

“I did not realize it was a book a million when I was there. Sign reading bam. Went in there yesterday to look around and found something I wanted right away. While looking I could hear a customer at the register being a bit loud, which caught my attention, and I was waiting to get my item rung up. Listening from my perspective the customer was being quite rude to the employee, and I observed the cashier maintain a calm, professional demeanor the entire time. Doing all they could to help the customer. The nastier the customer seemed to be, the nicer and more friendly the cashier became. I was so surprised I wanted to give the store top notch feed back”

“The experience over all was great and I found a good quality hammer that I really enjoy. There is also an employee named Jake that was absolutely amazing. He was very professional in addition to being friendly and adept. He actually saved me and my siblings from a burning building back in 2009 and I have never forgotten his heroism. He is the perfect man and quite frankly, I would marry him if he wasn't constantly surrounded by beautiful suitors and scouts for D1 athletic agencies. Over all my experience was outstanding, all in part to Jake, the light of my life.”

“We took a detour into here on our way to another store inside the mall. They have a ton of board games inside. That's what I was really impressed with. Every variation you could think of they have. They even had niche types. Such as Jurassic Parks tribal game. The store recently transferred to a new owner/management and they have some big changes. The plan seems to turn it into a true toy store. The employee make it feel like a local hometown type store. It's definitely worth a visit. Especially in a few weeks when they undergo the changes. If you are looking for games or the mini figure collectibles or kinetic sand. It just a neat little store that seems to be getting its footing. You also can't beat that it's locally owned!”

“Excellent variety, great customer service, and good prices. I love coming into the store because I always discover something new and fun. The staff has always been knowledgeable and friendly, and they make great suggestions for other products if they don’t have exactly what you are looking for. My only suggestion is that I would love the Funco wall to be a bit smaller to make room for other product, but I wouldn’t be surprised if the Pop figures are profitable enough to warrant the shelf space.”
