Got my car towed and called to pick it up. They charged me $150 when the maximum price stated on HC website is $125. They tried to charge me an extra $50 for storage after 1 HOUR. This is not legal. Their posted information does not state that there is a storage fee for 1 hour. It only allows for $25 for storage overnight. After I looked up the regulations for towing on HC government website and brought it to their attention then they removed the extra $50 fee. Know your rights with this company.

If I could do Zero Stars that's how low I would rate this place. We have a car that was towed off a property by this company and there is no way to get in contact with anyone. The number provided goes directly to voicemail and we've called several times and left messages and no one has returned our calls FOR help!!! We have been trying to get in contact with someone since 6:30pm. It is NOW 9:30pm and no one has called us back. That's 1 issue... the next issue is the didn't report the VIN number to the police department so it's like the car has been stolen. The 3rd issue is they do not provide a location to where your vehicle has been towed. The address online is to an office building not a garage or a lot for towed vehicles. This has been the worst towing experience I've ever had to deal with. Where is the service in not providing information on where you vehicle is being held. 4th issue is the hours indicate they are open 24 hours on weekends it is Saturday evening and no one is available for our issue.... HORRIBLE DESPICABLE SERVICE

We had a tire blow out on a dangerous stretch of I-95 Saturday night. Called this company Sunday morning and they were fantastic- went above and beyond to retrieve our car and towed it to our home. Very professional, and so kind. I can’t recommend them highly enough!Services: Battery service

Had my Jeep Grand Cherokee towed from the dealership to my house. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure delivery. Driver had to manually push several non-functioning Vans out of the way to gain access to my vehicle. The dealership was of little to no help but in the end he got the job done. It was also during the middle of winter so there were humps of snow and sheets of ice all over the place. props to my man!!!! AGAIN...ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! I would highly recommend using them for any of your towing needs. An extremely friendly guy and great communication!!! Sorry for the late review my guy... I called Towing Fowlkes after trying to use my insurance company roadside assistance service. My insurance kept connecting me with poorly rated towing companies and I just couldn't trust my car to anyone. I was happy to find Towing Fowlkes after a quick Google search and within about an hour, Dominic arrived to safely and carefully transport my car to the dealership. I can't say enough good things about this company and I'm even happier to have supported a small busines owner who clearly takes pride in his company and making sure his customers are happy.
