Was handed off to second string minion, strung along for a month, was told conflicting information, and then they offered to loan me half what I wanted.

Wayne at this bank was extremely kind, courteous, and helpful. He went above and beyond in assisting me in navigating Bank Stuff- I've never done it before, but he helped me with all of it. The tellers were also extremely kind and the wait was reasonable.

Terrible bank... stay far far away from them...They checked my credit score and approved me for 2.99 APR, they also confirmed they received all my documents, so I waited and waited for them to get the loan going like they promised, I couldn't wait any longer and decided to call them on my own and after about 30 minute wait they answered and said that there was one more document that they haven't received and therefore my loan was closed since it was passed 30 days, however they did say that I can reapply for 8.49 APR. I'm pretty sure they would approve me for that in a heartbeat...This bank is a scam, I would not recommend anyone to do business with them.Stay far away from them.

Do business with them at your own risk. They are liars. We applied for a car loan and we were "approved" pending some paperwork. Any information they requested, we provided within 2 hours. After sometime, tower federal credit union closed our application stating they did not received the paperwork requested. This information is incorrect, as we have emails, with time stamps, that shows we provided all information requested. We were told to go to the Columbia MD branch, located at 9021Snowden Square Dr, Columbia, MD 21046. We arrive there and were told we never sent in the information they requested. I showed them the email with the uploads of all the things tower requested that we provided. Tower then proceeded to say we never provided the VIN of the vehicle. Which is not true, because I spoke to the customer service rep several days prior and provided that information. The only thing was, this was never uploaded as tower NEVER requested the VIN to be uploaded. They asked for it over the phone, which was provided. Their customer service rep apparently never updated the information. They then proceeded to close the account saying that you will now have to reapply at a higher rate. Obviously this is bad customer service and we love them know of this. As we were leaving one young male employee said just between you and I we have closed many accounts just so people will have to apply for the higher rate. "We have too many people applying at the lower rates. We don't make as much money this way."There is your Tower Federal Credit Union

These guys actually care about you getting what you need and it makes it so that when there is any inconvenience I'm ok with it because I know they always do everything they can.

Sad that a credit union has 3 people inside that aren’t on the same page. Someone says 5mins the other says 30min. Someone says this and someone says that. On top of it all a snooty remark at the end of it.Stay away from this place.

Tower’a interest rates are not competitive, whether for dividends in accounts or loan rates. They will not stick to scheduled appointment times, and don’t even have the courtesy to have a bathroom for their “members” to use while waiting past their scheduled times.

Horrible experience! THEY ARE SO SLOW ITS JUST PLAIN UNSATISFYING AND PATHETIC. I HAVE NEVER WENT TO ANY OTHER BANKS DRIVE-THRU AND HAVE HAD TO WAIT 10 OR EVEN 15 MINUTES FOR BASIC SERVICE. THE BANK OF AMERICA AN MT&T HAS NEVER HAD DRIVE-THRU SERVICES THIS BAD. YOU PEOPLE NEED TO HIGHER MORE QUALIFIED PEOPLE THIS SIMPLE JOB. I DEFINITELY WONT BE RECOMMENDING THIS BANK TO ANYONE.

The website is archaic at best, they actually purge your login info if you don't log in for 90 days and then you cannot without calling and receiving physical mail to set up the accounts again. We will be switching banks, this is absolutely crazy.

I genuinely enjoy the member benefits from banking with Tower. With that out of the way, I absolutely think their customer service is very poor. I can't speak to other branch locations, but banking at this location is like banking in 1992.
