CHEAP PRODUCTS! Go elsewhere. Took my daughter's phone to be repaired. She needed a new screen and I also purchased a screen protector; I spent $100. They fixed it within 15 minutes. Before we left the employee said the screen protector would break before the screen did. NOT TRUE! My daughter dropped her phone and the screen immediately cracked under the screen protector and it's now lifting off of the frame. Called them to see if they could repair it and they told me they could but that I'd have to pay AGAIN!! There's no way in hell I'm paying another $100 for trash products!! Her screen broke within a couple of hours. So annoyed.

My phone fell into a puddle and had to put it in a bag of rice over night. However, rice stuck in d charging port & couldnt get it out. God knows that was scary. I googled fix my phone near me, and it brought me to THE FIX at columbia mall. The technician was amazing ??. It was sorted in minutes. He was super helpful, wish I knew his name.Thank you so much once more.
