Anna provided such great customer service! She made me feel very special and at ease. It was a truly unique experience since this was my first stop for trying on a dress and I didn’t know what to expect. The boutique is very lovely, plenty of options and the dressing rooms were comfortable and peaceful.

Anna and Sara are the absolute best! I did not expect to find my perfect dress in just 2 visits! I t was affordable and Sara even stayed overtime to make sure I was confident with my choice. Definitely a go to spot for your dress!!!

We have been here once before in 2019 for my sister’s wedding dress and yet again they outdid themselves we had Veronica helping me pick out my wedding dress, and she was an absolute delight, and made me feel amazing and special throughout the whole process. she knew exactly what I needed even when I didn’t know. Thank you Veronica!!

While I ended up finding my wedding dress elsewhere, I had to give stylist Holly a shoutout for being incredibly patient, helpful, cheerful, and knowledgeable. Despite my inability to articulate what I was liking and not liking about each dress, Holly read me better than I know myself and found several excellent options for me. The customer service here is impeccable, and I have already recommended The Bridal Boutique (and Holly specifically) to friends! Thank you, Holly, for your time and kindness in graciously assisting me and my mom! Your bubbly personality made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in.

I made an appointment here because they had the dress I fell in love with online. The boutique is everything! The entire staff is warm and friendly, and they have a great selection of gowns for every bride! I could go on and on-just know if you need a dress, this is the place to be! I have to shout out my stylist Melonie, who took great care of me and my best friend/sister! Thanks Melonie, thanks Tina, and thanks KC(seamstress) for the snatch!! I said yes to the dress and not the one I thought was my dream gown!

I had a good experience and enjoyed my sales rep and found my dress.This bridal boutique has such beautiful options.HOWEVER, I do think it’s in very bad taste to ask brides for tips for the purchase of their dress. I enjoyed my sales rep, she was nice, but I went in there knowing my designer and was there for an hour at most. Tipping culture is out of hand as it is and bridal gowns are a very expensive purchase. Why would a tip be expected from the sales rep for doing their job? It is literally their job that they should be paid hourly for, if not a yearly salary. If that salary is not enough, that should not be a burden on the bride or groom who is already spending a LOT of money at this shop and for the entire wedding in general.I don’t believe it is unique to THIS shop, I am sure some other shops do this (although not all because I have gone dress shopping with my girlfriends for their weddings and tip was not expected.)The entire experience was amazing until I was asked verbally for a tip and on the screen of the iPad.I just find it a little rude, tacky and taking advantage of a bride that’s already stressed. If you provide amazing service and a bride wants to tip, that’s great. But sales reps should not be asking for tips neither verbally nor on the pay screen.

Amazing experience. The boutique is super cute.I didn't think I would find a dress so quickly. They have tons of dresses and designers to fit every need. The staff was super sweet. They specifically listened to what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable and happy in evey step. They made my visit very special!!

YES go here.I had Nancy as my stylist and her vibe and support and wedding-dress-instinct is 1000/10.My MOH made a last-minute, same-day appointment here after a really disappointing experience at a totally different Bridal store - we came to this bridal boutique desperate to salvage my hope that I would be able to find a dress & in hopes of having an actual wedding dress experience and that is exactly what we found.Nancy listened to me and also offered suggestions - the dress she selected, which is a dress I NEVER would have selected for myself, is the dress I cannot stop thinking about (and it is also the dress I am probably going to purchase).Not once did I feel rushed or overwhelmed. The shop was busy, but the energy from the other clients and stylists felt so supportive.Cant recommend this location (and Nancy) enough.

Very clean space. The staff is really attentive. There is a wide selection of dresses for slim girls. If you are plus sized there are very few options in store for bridesmaid dresses.

Holly was AMAZING! She was so attentive and really tried to understand my vision for my dress and was so supportive! We went twice to make sure the dress I ended up choosing was the one, both times everyone there was awesome and made it a great experience! They also have a very large range of dresses most of which are very current styles!! Highly recommend!!!

I LOVED my experience at The Bridal Boutique. As soon as we arrived we were made to feel like VIPs and Anna, my consultant, was so sweet and invested in what I was looking for! She listened to me and wanted to see my photos and just really made me feel like she cared about what I wanted - I couldn't have been more impressed with her and her patience and her willingness to keep looking until she was able to find the dress that made me start crying when I put it on ♥️ She also did an amazing job with helping me visualize how the alterations are going to take my dress to the next level. I just had the best experience and I hope every bride gets that treatment when they go to look for their dress.Would highly recommend this boutique, please go!

i had the most wonderful experience at the bridal boutique and ended up walking out with my dream dress! the selection was huge and they had all kinds of styles of dresses, veils, and accessories! amanda was so kind and very attentive to all of my likes and dislikes. when I found my dress, everyone in the store made me feel so special (including gifting me a complimentary bottle of champagne and cupcake!) I highly reccomend that any bride in the area check them out! thank you again, TBB! ❤️
