The management displayed a lack of compassion when they informed me that I would have to move in without my ESA ON THE SCHEDULED MOVE IN DATE!! as their approval process was taking too long (2 weeks) even though all requirements had been met. This was an incredibly distressing ordeal with them! Their lack of reliability is truly concerning.

I received letter and was told I would have an inspection on a certain date .Came home no one never showed up and if they did maintenance didn’t leave a card showing someone was there Stop making promises if your not going to keep them. Have no idea when they’re coming I’ll call tomorrow for some more run around

My heating system was malfunctioningMaintenance came and fixed it they were very professional friendly and totally focused on the job please keep them I felt very safe and was satisfied with a job well doneThanks

I am a embarrassed to bring family and friends over here because I still get cockroaches not just in my apartment but people below me around me does not keep their place cleaned and I'm still getting cockroaches in my kitchen. And another thing I was reading the manual of the book of the pets and I had to get rid of my cat to move in here but a lot of people I don't know if they put their pants on the lease or anything like that but a lot of people got cats and dogs in here but I had to get rid of my cat. I am getting a lot of drafts of air in my windows. And I have been getting sick ever since I moved up here call the mains people one time and told him about it did not get a return call from them, but it seems like I have to call them again to fix the problem. But other than that it's a nice place to live but a lot of problems with these apartments they have to fix. It might be the cheapest place to live in Columbia, but I will not recommend to anybody to live here! I'm still getting colder and my windows I got cracks in my apartment but other than everything's all right but I can't deal with this coldness I am getting sick everyday cuz the coldness in my windows because I do not want to turn the heat on why turn the heat on when all this cold air is coming in my windows. I had problems with the neighbor across the hall on the same floor in my and I went to the rental office and told him the situation that I was having problems with my neighbor and my phone and still they offered us to go different apartments but realize I Red Dead 2 years before I start having problems I still got evicted from my apartment phone out onto so take my advice I would not move there they are very rude and Tamara was not a nice person and everybody gets in your business and call the cops you can hear everything before you get into your it's not a nice place to live

This resident and community has been a wonderful stay. The leasing office has been very helpful and understanding concern apartment needs. The maintenance crew has responded to small repairs on time during my two-year stay. Peaceful community ☺️

The process was smooth and welcoming. I haven't heard if I've been approved for the apartment yet, but I have faith. The staff in the leasing office, Mr. Linwood was very helping and available and answered all my questions and concerns. The 1 bedroom apartment was very nice and spacious and I look forward to renting from them.

it's sad..unfair working so hard try to pay for your rent every month and not getting good services from maintenance when you put in work order..having same issues back and forth and seeing you as troublesome.

Horrible management! 0. STARS. Worst decision that I could have made. I have tried everything to get out of my lease and now am being evicted when I lost my job and am disabled.

Maintenance enters your apartment when you are not home without permission or emergency just when they want to be nosy. They are only allowed to enter if you are not home for a ticket or other emergencies such as fire or busted pipes… Also everyone in the complex knows each other’s business due to STAFF running people business that would be the maintenance staff. The staff that works in the office itself are very respectful and nice.

Peace and Blessings, I must say for the time i have occupied my apartment in the Bluffs. I have been pleased this far. The staff has been friendly and has been efficient toward taking care of any issues that may have arrived on my behalf.
