You know what you are getting with Starbucks. This store moved from one corner to the other corner of the little shopping area so that it could incorporate a drive-through. I haven't used the drive-through, however at the times I've been there, the line doesn't seem too bad. I almost exclusively order ahead using the app so that my coffee and sometimes breakfast sandwich is ready when I get there. Most of the time everything is ready and I can walk in and out and I love this convenience. There have been a few times where my order was "taken by accident." The staff has noticed me standing around waiting and any time this has happened, they remake my drink for me. It is super annoying to have to wait, but I really appreciate the staff's effort to make a replacement.

I placed a mobile order. When I walked in, only my drink was made so, I waited and after some time I asked about the other half of my order. I was told they did not have the item. What I don't understand is why the girl that made my order did not tell me the item was out of stock. She KNEW what I was missing and chose to not acknowledge me to let me know. My drink was made wrong, but at that point... This is my second bad experience here. I do not recommend this establishment.

It's one of our favorite places. They make the perfect white chocolate mocha. We always use mobile orders, and they never fail. Keep up the great work.

I left a negative review after this location reopened because at the time I was not impressed with my experience. It has since improved greatly and is my go to Starbucks.I wanted to change my review to reflect my more recent experiences.?

Got there after 5pm and no staff visible for 10 minutes. Trash on the floor and milk on the counter. Terrible!

Online ordering gets turned off if a manager Isnt on duty. Highly annoying to put in staff orders manually.

I am hypoglycemic. They don't need to know my medical condition, BUT they should treat customers who they messed up their orders for a little better at least appologize. Nothing. I got there with a pre order for something were sold out. The person helping me seemed like something was off with him making him slow and not registering what I was asking him. I kept on asking him to hurry up because I needed food i felt like I was going to pass out, I made him aware of this situation. I kept asking him to please hurry up as I was late for an appointemnt too. Finally I suspect the manager stepped in, gave me the food and flat out told me that they don't like to be treated that way. I was so shocked, I was treated so rudely by everyone from start to finish. We live 1 block away and none of my family will go back to this location, every single new staff is absolutly awful. From what I can read from the reviews, this Starbucks is going down hill fast. I don't recommend this location. Shame they invested so much money trying to make it better. Epic fail.
