Great experience- they treat people assuming they know about cars but will answer any and all questions. Chris was knowledgeable, and never once talked down to me (I know a bit about cars, and other shops (AAA,etc) mansplain every step, even when my questions make it clear that I already know how a car engine works).Their cost is competitive to other shops and they offered a quick turn around (I didn't need one as I had a second car to use for the week, but appreciated the offer). When I needed to leave the car an extra day, it was no problem.Had all my brakes replaced and a couple new tires- the cost was slightly less than the AAA quote (with membership "discount"). It all went smoothly.They don't have any kind of shuttle service, so you'll spend $ on an Uber, but I'd still use them again for sure.Service: Brakes

We’ve had several cars they’ve worked on and each time we go I get a fair assessment of what needs to be done one the car, listing of urgent vs non-urgent as well as a fair value pricing for the work. I have used this shop on a couple occasions to replace the clutch on two different vehicles I have owned over the years. They are very thorough and have a quick turnaround time. The price estimate they gave me on both occasions were far less than their competitors in the area. They are honest and don't recommend a service unless it's necessary. Everyone is polite and they follow up in a timely fashion. Very pleasant place to bring your business.Services: Transmission

I filled out their online quote request form for tires, wheel alignment, and an oil change. I was supposed to receive a response within 24-48 hours. That was over a week ago, and no one has contacted me.

Chris and his team were exceptional. We needed to have the entire engine replaced in our car and he worked through the process with me from beginning to end. Sparks sourced the new engine, installed and tested it, then followed-up several months later with an inspection to ensure it was still performing as planned.
