Just got scammed at this family owned Shell gas station. As of 10/5/24 regular gas is advertised to be $3.15 per gallon. I provided the alt ID phone number to get a few cents discount. Then I pressed on regular gas button to fill up the entire tank capacity of my vehicle (14 gallons). Total came to $57.21. I immediately was in disbelief. I requested to print receipt, and I noticed I was charged for V-power gasoline ($3.91) per gallon.
I then went inside the convenience store to speak to the young Caucasian female cashier, and she basically gave me a bunk explanation. She said when the hose automatically activates to V-power, one must pull a handle or press a button on the hose to change the gasoline grade?? I had never came across an unethical gas station until today. I feel somewhat upset because I was looking to get the best deal for fuel but ended up getting scammed for the first time ever at a gas station by overpaying $14.00.

Been here since 4am since it's says on the internet that it is 24 hours. But then it closed. There's a sign saying it will open at 5:30am, been waiting here up until 6am and still no one came to open the gas station. I have no gas at all. Lazy employee. Not gonna recommend.

It says it's open 24 hours on the internet, but it was closed when I arrived. I spent the last of my gas to come here.

When you need gas, you need reliable information. I had been traveling home late from up north and on Google it said this Shell location was open 24hrs. I am Shell loyal, so I chose to go a little further than other non-Shell options to come here, only to arrive at a station with this sign on the door. Wasted precious remaining gas choosing to go to this Shell! If I had known up-front I wouldn’t have bothered. Thankfully I had a few miles left in the tank to find an alternative. Please be mindful what impact inaccurate information has on customers.

Where is customer service ever!!!! The old lady pushed me out the way after I dropped the Red Bull on the ground and put it behind all the other Red Bulls, so it would settle down before the next customer came to pick it up. The lady had the audacity to come next to me, say excuse me, then push me out the way, and proceeded to yell and say we can’t sell that now that you dropped it on the ground. OK no problem but you still need to put your hands on me And I go to this place almost every single day because I work right around the corner

This gas station has the pumps where you can't mute the commercials. I don't want to hear your same 3 commercials over and over while I'm pumping my gas.

Gas prices are decent. Right across from BJs so I would think it would be a BJs gas station but no. Either way it's close to my gym and plenty of shopping so it'll do. They have a car wash as well.

No randoms bothered me n shawty who work there was chill. She answered my questions when I called ahead. The negative reviews sound like personal errors or system issues n ppl just mad.
