Eric, Patrick and the rest of the staff are very professional and helpful. They are very pleasant. I never have any problems with my prescriptions.

I sometimes don't mind paying a bit extra if there is a good reason: better service, better quality, more features, more convenient. So I finished running an errand yesterday and was looking for the closest Giant Supermarket when I came across this Safeway in Harper's Choice. I only needed 4-5 items, so I ran in. The first item I looked for was grapefruits. The big ones at Giant are $1.50. The exact same grapefruit here at Safeway is almost twice as much at $2.80. I asked the grocery clerk if I was reading the tag wrong. He said, "No, everything has gone up lately." I said, "No, this is called thievery. It's $1.50 at Giant." And I walked out, principles still intact. Shop at Safeway if money is no object. Shop elsewhere if, like most of us, you're trying to stretch your dollar in this tight economy.

The manager at the bakery don't wear gloves and I think that's nasty she don't wear a mask I wouldn't want to eat anything she cooks what happened to looking out for your customers.

Don't shop this place. Just walk around what do have on sale. The staff are nice and friendly.

I'm so disappointed in customer service at Safeway. I visited around 10:30am 4/20/2022. I usually checked out at Self Check Out Kiosk. During scanning items, I had a question on an item and called the staff who was charged in the area. She came over but didn't try to listen to my question, and just canceled the item that I scanned. When I told her that it wasn't my request, she blamed me, scanned the item again and threw it to the bag. She is so unprofessional, discriminative. I've loved the products and deals that the store offered but today experience was so unpleasant that I'd avoid visiting there again.

Incompetent manager who tells me to file a claim rather than refund $135 for undelivered groceries ordered through the Safeway app and charged to my credit card by Safeway! Definitely shop elsewhere! Will be dealing with senior leadership at a corporate level.

Excellent. Patrick, Beverly and Eric are an awesome team. (Sorry if I forget anyone else.) They are amazing. They are friendly and efficient, they go out of the way to make contact with your Dr. when your refills are out. I go to this pharmacy because of them, not just because it is convenient. Even thoughout the pandemic they made sure there was adequate coverage of staff.They have some very irate and rude customers, but nevertheless they look past the customers attitude, to try and accommodate their needs. Even though getting any pre-authorization for meds has been a real pain, (because alot of insurance places, even Medicaid y. don't have their usual staff, this slows things down tremendouslBut they do whatever they can to work round that. When my child was sick they worked quickly to fill her Rx for an antibiotic. Thankyou guys,,,. As Tupac wisely said "You are appreciated"?

Mask mandate - if you have a mask mandate please enforce it. We are all sick of COVID and need to support the mandate. Today I was at Safeway in Harpers Choice and there was a family of 4 without masks - solution for Safeway - have masks available and hand out to those without masks - if they decide not to wear them they should be asked to leave. I will only shop at stores that require masks until we get COVID-19 under control - if you aren't going to mandate and enforce, change your sign so consumers can decide if they want to enter! Thank you!

This review is for the pharmacy. We wanted to get a flu shot and was told we couldn't walk in past 1pm (we arrived at 1:20pm and there was no one waiting so they were not busy). Went online and immediately found an appointment at 1:30pm available and booked it. Then the pharmacy receptionist said "can't honor your appointment because it's 1:31pm". After we explained that is absurd and there were tons of appointments available, she begrudgingly said she'd let us get the shot. But then she claimed appointments don't show up in their system for hours so we would have to fill in walk in forms (we filled out all the forms online when booking the appointment). It's highly irresponsible for anyone working at a pharmacy to try to deny appointments or allowing people to get a vaccine during a pandemic of all times, especially when they had capacity and plenty of slots open.

I have had consistently positive experiences at this pharmacy over the last 9 months. A very caring and helpful staff who have gone above and beyond on several occasions to wrangle confusing issues between insurance and various other care providers. Thanks to everyone who works here for your professionalism and friendliness.

Parking: 5 stars Prices: 5 stars (Every type of food always has items on sale) Budget Buying: 5 stars Deli, Meals & Sandwiches: 5 stars (Always fresh and with an attentive staff) Pharmacy: 3 stars (They could be more supportive of the rest of the store when customers ask questions) Store Staff: 4 stars (helpful and friendly) Cleanliness: 5 stars Overall comment: This is a very good store especially if you are on a budget. There are always all types of items on sale and with a friendly and helpful staff.
