First time road biker, took me some time to get comfortable with clips. After a bad fall, thought I ruined my bike. Brought it into Trek, and the service guys did a great job and had it ready to go in a few days. I've brought my bike in a couple more times since then and the service team has always been very patient and generous with their time in helping and educating a new biker like myself. Highly recommend!

Jeff tuned my bike up for meIt rode so much better after he worked his magic on my Trek hybrid. Kelsey ,the sales staff, was quite knowledgeable and helpful as well. I left the shop feeling great about the purchases I had made . The visit ended with an additional 10 miles of great bicycling.

I was trying to DIY my own 160 to 180 brake rotor conversion and was having issues. I took my bike in and talked with Steve in the service dept. In a matter of minutes he had the correct adapter installed. Steve was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. It was really nice to go into a shop and receive such a high level of customer service. As far as the store, there was a super large selection of bikes and large selection of accessories. Highly recommend going there.

Harper was the best. Not only did he help us find the right bike for my son, he also delivered the bike to our home. He was knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. He was patient, and did not rush our decision. The customer service here is outstanding.

In the market for 2 new bikes and ended up buying them here. The great things about most bike stores---they are staffed with people that love bikes, and that holds true here. Josh our sales man was great....busy guy...but it was a busy Saturday. Steve 1 of the techs was great as well....spent time going over garage storage options! Was a very pleasant buying experience. Going on a week day may be a better option, but it was still a very good experience! And there is a great pet food store next door that sells quality products! Win-win!!

Dropped off my bike on June 20th for a level 1 service. Just wanted my gears tuned. I informed the tech that i didn't want to buy anything extra for my bike as i was planning on buying a new bike soon.. upon inspection he noticed the shifting cable was a little worn, so i agreed to have it replaced. 2 weeks later i pick up my bike on July 5th. I don't know why but i didn't look over the bike before i left.. I have had service done here a few times and always had great service so i just assumed it was perfectly fine. So a couple of days later i finally get a good look at it and i notice that the cable is even worse than when i first brought it in.. on the receipt it says install cable BL040? i'm wondering what cable they installed. It really looks like it could snap at any time.. i don't know why this wasn't addressed? I am too busy right now to come in to the store but i think when this fails i should be able to come in and have this replaced free of charge. Work order #7015(If you could put a reminder in your computer for when i do come in so i don't have to go through all of this again in such detail, that would be great)

Trek shop has hands-down best service I’ve ever seen from bike shops! Diagnosed and fixed derailleur shifter on 30 year old Trek 950! Super clean bike delivered back to me! Completely satisfied customer!!

Trek Columbia took excellent care of me! The manager on duty was short staffed the day I came in with no appointment, but he was courteous and found someone to help me as soon as possible, and also checked in on me in the very short time that I waited. I did not catch his name, but he wore a cap and glasses and had excellent customer service. Jim was extremely friendly, and just like a father to me! He gave me a lesson in how to keep my new presto valves inflated, which was my main point of confusion, because this is my first time with a bike that has Presta valves. While Jim gave me the lesson, Matt took excellent charge of servicing my bike. He filled both tires for me and also shortened the kickstand to make it more appropriate for my height and my bike. These guys have best in class service and I will certainly be returning when I need to buy a bike for my teen! Thank you Trek Columbia.

I just purchased a gravel bike from this store and also had my road bike checked out. Great experience overall. Josh went out of his way to help me find the right fit and get my size transferred over to the store. The mechanics team was also nice and knowledgeable and honest. Oh, and the new bike is awesome. 200 miles already ridden in the first week.

My usual go to bike place. I've been coming to bike doctor for 15 years now. Prices are always great on the bikes and I do all my maintenance and tune ups here as well when needed.

Wow! What excellent service! Brought my Verve 2 in for complimentary service and in addition to the service, they replaced the brakes as part of the warranty for the bike. Really appreciate the work they did and the bike is in great shape. Thanks so much!

I met with Harper at the bike around downtown event and he was so nice and helpful. I also met Josh who let me ride the electric bike. When I saw them both later at the store, Josh remembered the name of my bike 'Madeline' and Harper was supposed to be off duty but he stayed and helped me pick out a mirror and bike lock. I had the best time with Trek on Saturday. I had not taken my bike on a long ride in almost ten years. I've had a lot of challenges in my family and as much as I love cycling, I put it behind me. This weekend was the first time I went out with friends to ride and I'm so glad Trek was there. I was able to ride safely and I highly recommend Trek to everyone I know. The customer service made all the difference in the world.

I went to Trek Columbia. I met Josh. He recommended a bike, I bought it, hands down changed my life. 2023 Emonda SLR7. Now, I don't get dropped (well at least more often than not), and I can climb better than I ever had. This young man is so knowledgeable and pulls in his team whenever he can to answer questions with greater depth and detail. Every penny I spent there was worth it.Yeah, when you walk in the door... just ask if Josh is available and watch the magic happen.

Great experience with Trek Bicycle of Columbia. Sales folks were extremely helpful and provided plenty of information for me to use in my decision. Made a couple of visits before I was ready to commit, and the Trek team was very supportive of my decision and made the bike ready in no time. Thanx!
