Oil change 1 hour. I like that there's food places nearby to walk and eat and waste some time while your car is getting worked on. Quick service for oil change

This review is for the quick lane at the Apple Ford dealership. I called to make an appointment to have a tire changed. On the phone they told me that I didn't have an appointment available but could squeeze me in on a date where they didn't have openings. I called that day to confirm that they had the tire before I come in for that appointment. On the phone they told me that I'm all set so I drove to the dealership. When I got there they told me they did not have my tire and they would have to order it. So they ordered it and told me that it would be there in a couple of days. I drove back to the dealership 2 days later to find that the tire had not arrived. He told me who would call me when the tire was there. That was about a month ago. I have yet to receive that phone call. Meanwhile I have gotten a new tire of the same brand at Costco. I spent about a $100 less than what he told me it would have been. I guess I am lucky that's their incompetence saved me from paying more money than I should have. Certainly will never use quick lane again. There's nothing quick about it and they have wasted my time. Do not recommend.

Upon my arrival for an oil change I was greeted by Angie, whose friendliness immediately made me feel welcome. As I waited for my vehicle to be serviced, I couldn’t help but overhear how she interacted with each customer. Not only was her kindness apparent but also her impressive knowledge and expertise in her field. It was truly refreshing to see someone so dedicated to providing excellent service and making everyone feel valued.

In and out in about an hour. You can't ask for more than that!

I've used and been satisfied for years with Quick Lane, but this time? I drive ~50 minutes each way and when I arrived today I was told there was no power. When asked why I didn't receive a call to inform me that without power there could be no service the response was 'Well BGE said the power would be restored soon.'
To Management -> a phone call alerting me to the situation and letting me decide if I should keep or change my appointment would have been appropriate. Bad decision on your part not to notify your customers - as a result I'll have to think hard before returning given the nonchalance I was met with at the service counter.

First off, Angie is a rock star. She is very personable and professional, but don't let her stature fool you. She is very knowledgeable about servicing, warranties and costs. She will calmly explain to you all of the servicing to your car and any recommended services.
The building is located down the street from the dealership and main repair shop. While it is within walking distance, it's not very safe to walk along the very busy McGaw Rd to get there. The parking lot is very tight with little room to maneuver. Compound this with stupid people double parking and it gets almost impossible to get out of when leaving.
The waiting area is very sparse complete with barely enough chairs, cold free coffee, vending machines and a TV on a constant 30-minute loop of entertainment snippets. It makes no sense that you can't change the channel. As a Lincoln owner, I expect more than the basic amenities or at the very least trying to make a good impression.
The service writers are fast, friendly and accommodating albeit cramped to share a space really made for one. They will walk you through every detail of your servicing and fully explain recommended service.

Took my car there about 2 weeks ago for an oil change. They told me my rear brakes were at 3mm and should be replaced. Since I had been there for 2 hrs already and had an another appt, I told them I couldn’t wait and we scheduled the work for a Saturday. I have an extra warranty on my car through Ford that included brake pad replacements.
When I took my car in for the brake pad replacement, I dropped the car off, and didn’t stay with it, this time. They called me 45 minutes later and said the brakes were at 4 mm and they could not replace the pads yet. This effectively ruined my whole Saturday. They said they were sorry and asked if I wanted to talk to a manager.
No point in talking to a manager. I left.
They were closing early and I firmly believe they just didn’t want to do the work.

I am a member of the customer for life program. I almost gave that up to take my business elsewhere, until the young gentleman Tyler/Taylor (sorry cant remember). I was there for my routine oil change and they recommended a radiator flush. Everything was complete and I took my truck home. While at home I noticed my truck was leaking all over my driveway. Brought the truck back, they proceeded to tell me oh thats because of the trucks age and some seems must have cracked in the radiator......your going to need a new radiator, and thats going to be $1900. This is where I said I'd never be coming back here! This is where Tyler stepped in the day of pick up and called the manager to see if there was anything they could do about the price because of a service they suggested. Tyler proceeded to get a significant price reduction on the service. It is my recommendation that this young man get a raise or a promotion! Minus the last star for the rest of the staff there for not caring about their customers

Oil changes are free but you have to wait 6 plus hours for one and if you get there at 8 they will turn you away. They also services cars that come in after you before yours even though they are getting the same service. And the guy that takes down your information when you arrive ALWAYS has a horrible attitude

Every time I come to Quick Lane for service there is always an issue. For the past several months I have been riding around with a Mainteance required light on, because some how they forgot to reset it with my last oil change. Called multiple times to see if I could stop by and have this reset and I was told I had to have an appointment. Great customer service-your fault, I need an appointment and can't get one for weeks. Today, the car was supposed to be vacuumed. I get in the car and could clearly see nothing had been done! This time, I had the advisor come out and look for herself. Oh my, they didn't vacuum? No, they did not! She took the car and had it vacuumed. Nowadays as a customer you also have to be a worker. No one takes pride in there job and doing what is right! Now, I wonder if my oil was actually changed after waiting 2 hours?

If I could give 0 stars, I would.
I was an Apple Ford person for life cause I thought their service was great. But then I guess everybody goes there for oil changes, and now they seem to be forever under staffed. They used to be quick and cheap, but now they are still cheap, but you just have to wait 3 hours for an oil change, assuming you called and made an appointment. Made an appointment and drove over just to get turned away because the system had a glitch, but the nice lady at the counter did offer to try and get me in that day...if I wanted to wait 5 plus hours.
Time vs. money I'll be going to the dealer down the road from my house and accept they charge a little more if it means I can be in and out quicker or wait at home.

Had a 10:30 appointment today for oil change. Dropped vehicle off, walked around for an hour and a half. Never got a call, so walked back to check at 12:00 thinking it had to be almost done. Vehicle was still sitting in the spot I dropped it off in. Went inside and was given multiple excuses of why they are so busy, but promised mine would be next. Grabbed my keys and left. Thank you Apple Ford for wasting my time this morning. This was my first time there, and definitely my last time. Atleast give customers the courtesy of letting them know you are behind, or a call.
