I have never felt more judged for a transaction than when I went here. Teller named Ken seemed irritated I was even there, took my card and license and immediately gave my license to another teller, as soon as I requested a withdrawal. I work construction but on the management side. I wear work boots and pants and a polo. My current site is in Columbia, but I live in pa. Ken said “so what’re you doing in maryland” when referring to my attempted withdrawal. He then had a manager of some sort come over to approve my withdrawal. They sat and snickered at my account saying “well that money hasn’t been there very long and his account fluctuates a lot”. OUT LOUD WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS THERE! The profiling due to my appearance was clear, it was “oh why is someone in work clothes attempting to pull 4k out?” PNC needs to re evaluate this branch.

Always a long line inside as well at drive thru. People in glass offices just sit acting like they don’t see you and never help out. As soon as I’m able I’m dropping this bank, terrible service :(

Worst banking experience with PNC. They never value your time, give wrong information all the time with banking processes, notarizing some docs was the absolute worst procedure. I am closing my account and moving to another bank.

Worst service, and the wait times are absolutely ridiculous. If you are in a rush, go to another branch, they take their sweet time!

This is the worst bank I have ever been to. From the customer service, to wait times, all the way up to management. Waiting in lines employees are in cubicles laughing and on their phones. The manager looked asleep. Can never get change of more then $150. You are a bank. The one place you can go for money and they tell you they don’t have any. I do not recommend this place to anyone please don’t waste your time.

The absolute worst bank I have ever done business with. Always understaffed with 1 teller to wait on walk in customers AND drive through while 5 other employees try to look busy in their cubicles not helping whatsoever. They never have change no matter what time of day it is and then they get nasty when you ask about it. Their manager catches an attitude when you ask about their lack of change and responds “we don’t print the money here.” With out a doubt, the WORST customer service(management) I’ve ever seen at any bank!!

This branch is perhaps the worst. Customer service here is horrible! There is zero sense of urgency! I stood in line for nearly 30 minutes watching this teller take her time in between Customers to fiddled with paperclips!

Terrible customer service, 20 minutes and still the clerk attending the person. Branch Manager was there and didn’t do anything to help.

Poor customer service. Four employees in the bank and only one helping line of customer. Asked the manager for help. He suggested the atm. He was too busy taping signs to the doors to help the people in line. Avoid.
