This location is awful. Every time I go to make a drive thru deposit they have 1 lane open and it takes 30+ minutes EVERY time. I think a lot of the issue is the slowness of the tellers.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience at the bank this morning Columbia Crossing branch, specifically with the service provided by Mr. Flavio, the cashier. His behavior was both rude and unprofessional from the moment I approached his counter. I went to exchange some Canadian dollars to USD and to make a deposit, but Mr. Flavio made the process unnecessarily difficult.
He didn’t answer my questions and seemed completely disinterested in helping me. His lack of customer service skills is glaringly evident; he neither knows how to handle customers nor does he seem to care about their needs. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the bank as a whole. I hope this issue is addressed promptly so that other customers do not have to endure the same negative experience.

Came in to cash a check because it was over my deposit limit, asked if I could raise the deposit limit, was told no, asked if I could cash the check, was told no because it was made out to my business and I would need a business account, even though I’ve been cashing these checks to my personal for over a year, so I said I’ll open a business account, waited in line for 25 minutes before speaking up when I saw the banker to ask him how much longer he would until he could help me open my business account, a teller overheard me and then tells me I won’t be able to open a business account even though her coworker 2 stalls down just told me to wait, so obviously frustrated after waiting so long for nothing I’m like why, and she says you can’t open a business account unless our manager is here. Why did your coworker just tell me to wait in line for 25 minutes then. Legitimately due to the incompetence of your branches employees I am just going to go open my business account with another bank

Virtual wallet was "upgraded" to a tier that required a higher monthly average without my knowledge. Shawn Staub couldn't figure out how or why this happened and could only reimburse me for one of the $25 service fees, which occurred because my direct deposits were going to my reserve instead of my spending account. It makes no sense that the manager of the branch where I made this account can't tell me how my account was upgraded without my knowledge. Can't wait to find a new bank so I can close my accounts with PNC.

Shawn Staub is the branch manager and he is most accommodating and helps in some of my business transactions such as wiring funds and has great suggestions for my business banking needs. I left Bank of America 12 years ago for PNC for good reason.

I have never felt more judged for a transaction than when I went here. Teller named Ken seemed irritated I was even there, took my card and license and immediately gave my license to another teller, as soon as I requested a withdrawal. I work construction but on the management side. I wear work boots and pants and a polo. My current site is in Columbia, but I live in pa. Ken said “so what’re you doing in maryland” when referring to my attempted withdrawal. He then had a manager of some sort come over to approve my withdrawal. They sat and snickered at my account saying “well that money hasn’t been there very long and his account fluctuates a lot”. OUT LOUD WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS THERE! The profiling due to my appearance was clear, it was “oh why is someone in work clothes attempting to pull 4k out?” PNC needs to re evaluate this branch.

Always a long line inside as well at drive thru. People in glass offices just sit acting like they don’t see you and never help out. As soon as I’m able I’m dropping this bank, terrible service :(
