I can’t recommend the Pivot team at Supreme Sports Club enough.Everyone is top notch from Mark at the front desk to the PTs and PTAs. Sarah and Samantha are the dynamic duo - they rehabbed my daughter with expert care and judgement, knowing when and how to push and more importantly to build her own confidence back. A debt of gratitude!!! We’re not done yet, but we’re farther than what seemed possible in the very beginning.

Sarah, Sammy, and Divya were amazing and were extremely helpful in getting me back on my feet to normal! Theyre all both professional and personable and worked with me on various issues. If I were to go to any physical therapist I would 100% come back to see them!

Just finished a few months of PT here at Pivot. Not only did my symptoms improve to the best they have been olin years Sarah, Sammy, Noah, and Mark have outstanding attitudes, energy, and customer service. They were always available, flexible, but most importantly willing to listen about what concerns you. It's refreshing to have practionoers who really listen and don't dismiss your pain. My experience with this team was great!

All of the therapists are kind and helpful, and I really felt cared for every time I went. I also appreciate their dedication to hygiene - everything is cleaned immediately after use.

Outstanding. Progress on my arthritic hip was amazing. Sarah Gilliam was everything you look for in a therapist. She knew exactly what my therapy program should be. Sammy Bowen and the entire staff was great, bringing a lot of enthusiasm to the job. I enjoyed every minute there.

I came in for an evaluation today. My appt was at 8:10AM and I was seen on time. The staff was extremely professional and courteous. Samantha was the young lady that did my evaluation and she was immensely helpful and knowledgeable . 5 stars.

The knowledgeable staff was warm, friendly and supportive. Many thanks to Sammy and Sarah for helping to put me on the path to recovery. I would recommend them to anyone needing physical therapy.

I want to heal up my knee and get back to it, but I don't recommend this place for anyone seeking serious medical care. The therapist working with me reeked of pot and his eyes were red, I do not trust an establishment which has got intoxicated staff attending to patients, like myself who are needing a full recovery. Not professional at all, felt more like a gym not a PT office.

The people that work here are fantastic! Very knowledgeable and attentive. I had a stubborn case of tendinitis in my shoulder. To heal I required cupping and dry needling treatments in addition to my exercises.Cupping works very well. Depending on how tight your muscles are will determine how bad it hurts. Overall, looks waaaay worse than it feels. Cupping draws blood into the area it is needed to facilitate healing.. so it looks like you got in a fight with an octopus. You’ll have giant circle bruises wherever they perform the treatment. If they recommend this, do it.Dry needling made me nervous at first. It is NOT acupuncture. Difficult to explain exactly, but I’ll try. Basically, they put a needle inside the muscle fiber and massage the muscle with the needle. It is painful, more painful than cupping for me. But just like cupping, the pain increases depending on muscle tightness. After a few treatments, once the muscle loosens, pain decreases significantly. Also, dry needling works! I was apprehensive going into it, but looking back now I had nothing to fear. I would do it again in a heartbeat… but hopefully I don’t get injured again.Overall, if you do what you’re supposed to do (i.e. exercise when you are home every day!) you will see amazing progress and eventually heal. I took about 5-6 months to heal.. be patient it’s a process. Lastly, when doing PT always remember “No pain, no gain!”

This review is not about the physical therapy I received, it was very good. It is about the customer service of the billing department. I had 9 visits to work on range of motion and walking after hip replacement surgery in July 2022. I paid a 40 dollar deductable for each session at the time of the it was provided thus a total of $360. In August I received a notice from my insurance that 100% of the charges from Pivot were paid and I was owed the $360 over payment. I was unable to find a phone number for the billing department so I used the "Contact US" ability of the web site to ask for a refund. It has been 45 days and I have heard nothing in return nor have I received a check. In inflationary times that exist today $360 is money that a senior citizen needs badly, not for a corporate monster to ignore and slow roll over payment refund requests like I am a ignorant stranger. DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE, THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES ARE SHAMEFUL.

Divya was excellent in helping me restore movement in my right shoulder. She amazing, kind and a absolute joy to work with! I highly recommended her any of your injuries!

They have a consistent, results-driven approach but incorporate a wholistic, considerate plan for each person's health and comfort level. I started with a shoulder in pain for nearly a year during the pandemic, but it got a little better in a week, much better after over a month, and completely recovered after two months with instructions on how to maintain this at home by myself now. Divya is the best physical therapist I've ever had, supported by a good crew over there at Pivot.

I received very professional PT throughout a long and protracted recovery. My injury, sustained in February, 2020, involved full thickness tears of all the tendons to my rotator cuff but my surgeon was unable to operate until May because of pre-surgical issues then the pandemic. The Pivot team carefully treated me pre-surgically to ensure that I was best ready for surgery. After the surgery which the surgeon characterized as "major", I received careful therapy to advance cautiously yet steadily. The therapists monitored my progress and fully communicated my status. The facility equipment was constantly cleaned in view of the pandemic. The staff was courteous. I have advanced and recovered in line with my surgeons expectation. I recommend this PT group.
