Absolutely Horrible! Worst customer service ever. I have been trying for four months to get a return call about a bill. I've left numerous messages and sent emails. Hospice has even called on my behalf. Yet they continue to send bills with no explanation for why my father was charged for medications he did not take! Now they threaten us with a final notice!!! And still have yet to return my calls or emails! This place is nothing but a scam!

Former employee.. When I first started, I didn’t have my license yet and it was okay because it was a way to get started. Things started to go downhill very quick. “If you have anything planned coming up let us know & we understand things happen so just let us know and we’ll work it out.” They made everything sound good in the interview but I quickly realized. You could expect as soon as you clock in you walk in to work from the previous day and its alot, the workflow is hectic, they do not abide by cutoff times, there is favoritism shown between managers and employees, inconsiderate, doesn’t really care for employees well-being. As soon as I received my license, I let them know and was told to give it some time before I could start doing actual Tech duties. 3 weeks go by and I was still not doing anything Pharmacy Tech related. In the 90 day probation period, if you get sick or have an emergency they are going to count it against you. Example: I had woke up one morning with a cold, with a 102 degree fever, and body aches. In 90 day probation.. no sick time no nothing, I was still expected to work like I wasn't feeling good. Asked to go home because I wasn't feeling well and because I could potentially get everyone else sick.. they said if I left it would count against me. Next day, still sick, still expected to come to work. It Only this day I actually got 2 people sick. It still didn't matter to them.

Worst pharmacy ever! On weekends, you stay on the phone for hours waiting to get authorization code to get narcotics for patients. Please review and improve your process. Seek the interest of patients and try to reduce the associated frustration with staffing shortage in the country. If I have to leave my other patients, and stay on the phone for hrs waiting for a code !!!! To get narcs, how does that sound to you? This is frustrating. Can u also imagine if the patient waiting for the drug is in excruciating pain? Come onnnnnn!!!Now 11:37 am I am calling to get a code.Literally! 11:50am no answer. Wow!!!11:56am I just hang up the call cuz no answer. Plus no reply from the computer request as well.

This is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of going through for my grandmother's medications. She received a months worth of medications for morning and night and they put the medications in the wrong times, as well as THE WRONG DOSES OF MEDICATIONS! That's a great way to KILL somebody!
