“Such a wonderful experience at Caplet Pharmacy getting the flu vaccine! After I had a negative experience at a chain pharmacy, I made a call to Caplet and they were so friendly on the phone, going above and beyond to check if my insurance covered the vaccine. I walked in later that day (no appointment!) and there was no wait. The pharmacist was incredibly kind and warm, and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I had also been to Caplet a few years prior for Covid vaccines for my children, and it had been a fast, easy process then. Thank you, Caplet Pharmacy, for offering such wonderful vaccine service to me and the community!”

“Very happy with this place when I needed the covid vaccine. Nicole placed me on the standby list and contacted me whenever there was a cancelation. She kept on top of it to make sure I could get it. She is a champion of customer service. The two ladies who gave me the shots were excellent and Lexus was nice as can be. The pharmacy team is #1 there.”

“I am complaining about Walgreens on 9616 Harford Rd MD I been going there for 3~4 years to get my medication's now they tell me it's filled but when I get there there's one male pharmacist that denied and lied and canceled my scripts because I don't live within 15 miles of them. Witch is not true. Another lie and this marks the 2nd time but other pharmacist that work there fill it for me . This pharmacist needs to be fired. Or looked into further. Cause isn't it against the law to cancel my scripts after they were filled . This medication I can't go without because I'll go through withdrawal . Something needs to be done.”

“I have been using the Giant Pharmacy on Freetown Road for 15 years now. Overall, I have found them to very good. Yes, there have been a few pharmacists that have been difficult to deal with or counter staff that needed more time/training but that has been the exception rather than the rule. One particular thing I like about the pharmacy is the ability to get vaccinations in a closed room next to the counter rather than in faux screened off area offered by other pharmacies (e.g., CVS).”
“I have avoided this pharmacy for literal years after a long string of bad experiences. I would send my mother instead of going myself to avoid the entire thing. BUT TODAY I had to go in for an important RX myself and Robin M was absolutely amazing. She greeted me with a friendly smile, and I saw the grace with which she treated the customer before me. She was so kind, efficient, and her genuine customer service was like sunshine. She made me smile on a hard day. Thank you Robin M you have changed my mind, I am grateful they found you.”

“My brother is a pharmacist, so I know just how stressful the job can be, especially during a pandemic stricken year. I want to commend the Lynx Lane CVS Pharmacy Dept because all of my experiences have been wonderful. From visiting new doctors to new medications, getting my 'scrips filled has been nothing but seamless here. No matter the time of day, including the dreaded 5-6pm hour, I've yet to experience a line. Today's experience showed me just how attentive they are (again). When ringing me up, the nice tech noticed I had no refills left on my specific medication and offered to reach out to the prescribing doc's office. No need since I was meeting with the doc again soon to reup, but the proactive offer was certainly appreciated. That's the kind of tech I'd want filling my meds. FYI - not only can you walk up to the counter, they also offer drive through pick-up, with covid testing.”

I’ll assume the rest of the staff is as caring as her, so if this is your nearest pharmacy you’re in good hands!”
“It is a pharmacy with a lot of experience, over time they have developed the economic process to help people with many coupons and raffles one accumulates points, although I never use them, I have always taken the coupons that they always give me when I buy products on sale, I would like there to be people who understand the Latino community, so I could know if consultations can be made there, many suffer from pain and we do not know if a doctor attends, thank you for listening to me,”

“I've basically grown up in Wegmans so this one was really interesting for me, The fact they sell 0.5% abv drinks without carding is wild to me.
But even wilder is that they sell alcohol on the top level, I'm not used to that but it's pretty cool.”
