Left a poor review last week to be told to give them a call. I spoke with assistant manager Charlie who basically responded to my review asking me to call so he could state why the employee was correct in changing the package i booked. When explaining to him this wasn’t my experience Charlie began speaking over me, being completely rude, hung up the phone when i asked to speak with the store manager and REFUSED TO tell me when to call to speak with her. I reached out to corporate and will follow up. I usually never leave reviews and I’ve never been treated so rude. Why would someone ask someone to call just to literally justify the actions i didn’t agree with and hang up. I could’ve saved so much time out of my day! Posted a review and review of the phone call on my social sites and will continue to make noise about this situation until It is resolved!

i went there yesterday july 3rd,2025 looked at the fish and all the fish in the gold fish tank were dead all laying on the floor or they were sucked up into the filter, i can across the clown fish they had too and the filter was running so hard the fish couldn't even swim away from it the filter just kept pulling him back i will not be coming back to this petco 😒 as we were looking at the clearly dead fish an employee asked if we needed help i said no and he walked away disregarding the dead fish so he clearly did not care

They had rearranged some shelves and a worker went out of his way to ask what I was looking for. He was very helpful.

Love going to get pet supplies with my pup at this location. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. They love my puppy so much whenever they see him.

This used to be my go to store for pet goods but the last time I was in the store there were bugs and mice dropping noticeably visible on the shelves with the dog food. I even had food delivered from this store and there was bugs in the food. I would not recommend this store until it gets a thorough cleaning.

Highly recommend the grooming salon. And this store.
We’ve been taking both our dogs ( ages 14 &13) here for almost a decade. Groomer Caroline does an AWESOME job ( few groomers know how to work with aging pets and she does!).
We find all staff ( grooming and the main store) to be knowledgeable and very polite. Easy parking. Win-win!

The grooming for my dog did not meet my expectations at all. They didnt take any responsibility for it and never expressed any sorry or anything that resembled it. Wanted a trim on my mini doodle and got a shaved poodle instead. Manager was just as bad and lost the collar so buying a new one. They dont care I guess since they will have plenty of other people to come there but we are done.

Horrible location. The dog trainer working today (June 12, 2024) was incredibly rude and unhelpful. The cashier, Jasmine on the receipt, was kind and Josh was STELLAR. But the groomer letting a customer prevent others from entering the salon and then the trainer saying they were getting a manager then not was unacceptable after calling me a liar. (Which at no point did I provide false information.) The groomer did end up taking us but I paid for a full service and didn’t receive all of what I paid for (the drying was fine) and also did get everything we booked for.

Very nice staff. I went to take Rio to Vetco and they are also very kind and informative. I would use online packages rather than recommended ones there though.
