I made an appointment for my sister and I to get our nails done for my wedding. I regret not reading the reviews before going because this was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I wanted a regular pedicure and French tip acrylics. The salon was dark and dirty when we walked in, and there was only one nail tech and no other customers. I decided to read some reviews while my pedicure was being done and they made me scared to point out my dissatisfaction or leave during my service. When I told him I wanted regular polish for my pedicure, he insisted on gel and I gave in after he said it multiple times. My gel pedicure was extremely sloppy and my toenails are all different shades, which I didn’t notice until after I saw them in better lighting. When he went to take off my previous acrylic, he didn’t completely remove it and left chunks of it on. These pieces were very noticeable underneath the work he did. There were also bubbles in the acrylic. My nails were different lengths and were not all shaped the same. The white of the French tips that was used looked like old polish and not much care was taken with them. I’d like to point out again that the previous reviews saying that complaints are met with aggression made me uncomfortable pointing out the dissatisfaction I felt with my services, as it was only my sister and I in the salon with the nail tech. My sister was supposed to get a full set of acrylics too and I ended up texting her during my service that we were going to say we had to leave so she could get her nails done somewhere else. After my service was finished I said we had to leave and he tried to insist that my sisters nails could be done and I said no, we had to leave and said we might be back (so that he would let us leave) and he continued insisting that we come back. We said we would so that he would stop, but obviously did not want to go back after my horrible service. He ended up charging me $130, which was a waste because I immediately drove to another salon (Katie Nails on Washington Blvd) where they had to completely remove the acrylics to fix them because they were done so poorly. I would not recommend this establishment and I certainly will not be back because I don’t even trust them to correct the mistakes that were made.Services: Acrylic nails

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the extremely terrible experience I endured this afternoon at your establishment. I have been a customer at this location before and have never received such subpar service and unprofessional behavior.During my appointment, not only did the nail technician display a lack of professionalism, but there were also flies landing on my hand mid-service, and the nail polishes used appeared old and deteriorated. Furthermore, the technician abruptly announced that he needed to leave my appointment to a walk in client for eyebrows service for one lady and eyelash service for another. His readiness to leave me mid-service was concerning and reflected his lack of dedication to the work he was performing. As if my experience wasn't distressing enough, the nail technician was also passive and rude to the other clients. The lady who came in for an eyebrow service shared that she had visited your establishment multiple times before and had been left unattended during her appointments. This raises serious questions about the competence and professionalism of your staff.Given such poor service and the unprofessional conduct of the technician, it brings into question whether the labor department should be contacted, as it appears he lacks the experience and qualifications required for this role.I must emphasize the seriousness of this situation. If these concerns are not promptly and adequately addressed, I will have no choice but to take further action, including filing a police report and pursuing legal avenues to address the unprofessional, aggressive and unsafe behavior I experienced during my visit. Your technician grabbed me by the wrist to try and bring me back to the seated area. I was the only young female alone in this establishment. The nail technician's behavior was unacceptable from the beginning of the appointment. He repeatedly glanced at the clock, which was evident in the poor quality of the service I received for my nails. I had to point out multiple issues, including misshaped nails. To make matters worse, during the course of the service, he filed my thumb so aggressively that it caused a cut and bleeding.Despite these issues, I remained calm and patient, hoping that the service would improve as it progressed. However, it only deteriorated further. When he informed me that the service would cost $60, I politely explained that the quality of work did not warrant such a price. This seemingly triggered a rude and vocal response from him. He became aggressive, attempting to physically move me and fix the issues he created.Throughout this ordeal, I continued to calmly show him the problems with his work, despite his disrespectful and aggressive behavior. I reiterated that I had no intention of not paying for the service, but I found it extremely unfair to pay the full price considering the disrespect and the quality of the service provided. I had to get to work, or else I would have had no issue with him rectifying the situation or even removing the nails entirely, given their terrible condition.Due to the uncomfortable and unsafe environment he created, I reluctantly gave him $40 and left your establishment. Shockingly, he followed me out of the store and proceeded to verbally abuse me in another language.Additionally, I feel compelled to share my experience on every social media platform, ensuring that people are made aware of the terrible service I received and urging them not to use your services in the future. I believe in giving businesses an opportunity to address and rectify issues, but I also believe that transparency is essential to protect potential customers from experiencing the same distressing situation.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. It was the worst experience ever and I had bad nails before, but this can beat all them. This old man was filling my nails so badly I had to stop him, if I was a terrible person I would walk out without paying but I still paid $70 and I think I just gave charity donation that’s what I told myself. My nails are all different shape, polish is terrible it’s all over the my fingers way out of nail itself and I can’t even fix it because it’s gel polish, acrylic is under each nail and it’s just look terrible, I can’t look at it and I can’t even take it off, I came home and cried. The worst nail salon, it was so disgusting and dirty inside I’m so mad at myself for not walking out as soon as I walked in. I would never go there again

So few people can make my full sets look flat and thin the way I want them to. So often I am left looking like I have cat claws rather than a long sleek nail. It was quick too! I’m a very shy person and I felt very comfortable in this establishment. The silence wasn’t awkward and the conversations I have had there were very nice. It is a very warm and friendly environment. I believe it is a family business and they just seemed like the sweetest people. It is conveniently located next to a Starbucks near a few fast food spots and the dobbin shopping center is right there great opportunity to run all of my errands afterwards. Overall clean, efficient, great results, inviting, warm and accommodating business.

I was in desperate need of getting my eye brows done so I decided to pop in here. I’m so glad I did! The staff is wonderful and so sweet, and my eyebrows have never looked better. Also, the price was very affordable! I recommend this place 10/10.

Consistently poor quality. The nail tech Danny messed up my Dip nails and they expect me to come back and get them fixed and STILL charged me $50?! This is the Pearl Nail & Spa on Dobbin Road between Starbucks and Chick-fil-A. I've been going to this shop since it opened. It looks like most of the staff has left. Avoid Danny at all costs unless you want your nails abused.

Stopped in after work because I was in the area. HORRIBLE idea!!! This place needs to be shut down, unprofessional, dirty, and the worse bumpy messy filing and painting I’ve ever had. My nails are super sore and I pray they are not infected. The guy was super rough and cut into my cuticles on the side. I tried to get my money back but they just offered to re paint, I’m livid and my nails hurt so bad and look worse!!!!!

Men, don't be afraid (or too insecure) to get a pedicure. My feet feel better than they have in years!

Worse experience ever, I had gel polish and the nail tech started filing my nails and removing the cuticle then he proceeded to start applying nail polish with out removing my clear gel polish that I already had. I asked him he needed to remove my polish and he started filling my nails, didn’t use acetona or foil wrapping once he finished I still had residues of my polish, I ended the service right away and they still charged me 35 for a pedicure that as never done.Service: Gel manicures

Madai was very professional with my nails. She shaped my nails well and helped me pick the best color to fit my idea. She was patient and kind. Highly recommend!

Super weird vibes. Flies everywhere. Guy told us there would be no wait, but we waited 30 minutes to even be seen by him (1 person), then he stops every 3 minutes to work on my friend (with the same gloves) AND help a coworker clean their station, not sanitary at all. Oh, and he took a picture of my friend and this couple that walked in, super weird vibes we stopped mid service and left after this. I’m not sure he knew what he was doing or maybe having a rough day? Who knows, but I will not be back.

I dislike leaving negative reviews. It's been two days and one of my nails is still bleeding. My daughter also has cuts under her nails and is still bleeding. We had simultaneous appointments with two different mail manicurists. We didn't compare experiences until after we left. This very rough style seemed to be their practice. We were both in shock by how painful our manicures were. I will not return. It hurts to type.Service: Gel manicures
