Bad experience. I went to the store yesterday to exchange a ring that was out of stock. Staff was very rude and refused to help me. My husband was there with me shopping for my valentines gift at the same time I was trying to exchange the ring. I was so upset that I made my husband returned the gift he'd picked for me. They told us that they didn't care if we wanted to return. I will never shop there ever again.

4000$ for a gold bracelet that's 10k gold who does pandora think they are Tiffany. If 4k is not a complete rip off for 10k gold they have gold plated bracelets ?

Not the best first impressions for picking up a Mother's Day gift. Victoria seemed as if she's hates her job or needs to be cross trained or retrained in customer etiquette. Commuted from Baltimore County due to horrid reviews for Towson location. Overall, order to pickup and know whether you want multiple boxes and a gift receipt ahead of time.

Went here today looking for a complimentary bracelet pouch (for bracelet storage).Ms. Electra, greeted and assisted me above and beyond! While I intended to be in an out, I ended up being there for maybe 15 or so min. I was enlightened on several things regarding the care of my pandora jewelry. I learned a few things that will be very useful moving forward. I also browsed a few items in store and definitely plan on returning to purchase in the near future!Why? Because of the time Ms. Electra took to breakdown different things in addition to showing me all she did. She was very personable, friendly and professional. Great customer service goes a long way. Especially when you aren’t pressured to buy and are given the time to look at everything that’s available. It’s unfortunate some reviewers didn’t have my experience which is surprising because I felt welcomed and valued which is why I’ll be returning specifically to this location to make a purchase.

I visited this location on Saturday Feb 4 approximately 5pm asking to have one of my 3 pandora bracelet sized I was told they didn't size bracelets only exchange but I need my receipt. I explained to the manager of the store that I bought the bracelet at the airport in between my connecting flights got the wrong size and also not sure where my receipt was plus it appears the store at the airport did not access my email so I had no receipt.The manager insisted in an unkind way that she could not exchange the larger bracelet for a smaller one even though she saw other charms in my email plus I have been shopping at Pandora since 2011 and wears approximately 50 charms on my 3 bracelets. The manager exhibited poor customer service .On Feb 11 I went back to the same store to purchase safety chain and clips plus ask to get my bracelets cleaned I was told to come back after Valentines day which was unacceptable to me. The same manager was there and she stood so close behind me watching the clerk assisting me so close I felt so uncomfortable I left the store without buying any thing. It was the same manager at approximately 5pm on both Saturdays. I will not be returning to that store. I am a customer for.12 years and some.consideration should be given enrn if i could not find my receipt.The manager never made me felt valued as a customer .

I was coming to the store to exchange a ring for another size, and I was met with an attitude from an employee named Victoria. Victoria was making snarky remarks in an unacceptable tone, and while she ended up helping me, I did not feel very helped in the end. I will not be returning to this location, as I did not feel like a wanted customer. I will go spend my money elsewhere.
