Purchase a pants for 48 and went to return it within a week on 06/29 , the two boys working the register told me my item was showing up as unregistered and I can only get a credit of 22 bucks. I had my original receipt and tags were on item brand new. I ask to speak to management but was told there were no one on site at 11.30 am. I was told I needed to reach out to online support to fix my issue instead. I will report this business to the Better Business Bureau as there are other negative comments about this issue.

The African American female worker on shift today (05/05/2024) was extremely rude and had so much attitude. I don’t know her name because I didn’t even want to ask. The fitting rooms at this location are closed, which is extremely inconvenient and annoying. I bought a corset top, and went into another store to try it on. I didn’t like how it fit, and went back to return it. This very sweet worker issued me a refund on my card. While I was back in the store, I saw a pair of shorts I liked, and bought them and tried them on in another store. I didn’t like how they fit, and when I went to return them, the African American female worker said that they cannot issue same day returns on my card. I said that I had just gotten a same day refund on my card not even an hour ago. She responded with “Well I’m not making it up” in an extremely rude and annoyed tone, as she gestured to the computer with her hand. She then started to blame the other worker who issued me a return, and told me they could only give me store credit. I agreed because I had no other choice, then they were about to issue me a 13 dollar store credit when the shorts were more than 40 bucks. The same rude worker had to come back and change it, which she was obviously annoyed about.

I wasted mileage and gas to come here just to find out the Mall is open and this is the only store that is closed. Do better PacSun.

horrible placed in order for pick up went to pick it up gate was down said come back in a hour left the mall. came back after christmas to repack up my order and the mall has been open for an hour and the gate is still down not to mention the lights are off this time? Very unprofessional and unacceptable won't be coming back here!! They dont even deserve 1 star!!

The manager was extremely rude! I came to this location to make a simple exchange and the manager spoke to me in a very undermining tone. She lacks people skills and seemed very moody or socially awkward. This was my first time buying anything from Pacsun and it will be my last.

The manager and workers of the store in columbia are completely out of touch and very rude. My dad came in today to return pants that we bought yesterday with the receipt but the worker claimed that she couldn’t find the transaction and could not refund the money. After asking why and bringing up the return policy, she then gives a store credit, but it was only for $20, when the pants we paid for were almost $60. we asked why there is not a full refund and she said that she can only refund the lowest amount item on the receipt. After going back and forth and this matter, my dad was very frustrated because she was going against all of the brand policies. She refused to talk and told us to talk to customer service and then screamed at us to get out. Then she called security to remove us from the store, and refused to give her name when we asked so we could talk to customer service. These workers behaviors are completely irrational.

The most useless staff you’ll ever meet. Went in for a simple return of an online order with all of my materials (physical and electronic receipts) and the whole time they’re trying to refund me less than I was owed. I keep pointing to the price of the items on the sheet and do simple math for them and they can’t comprehend. Then they act like I’m trying to pull a slick one across them and get my shipping cost back and accuse me of using a coupon and then trying to refund the full original price of the items when I wasn’t. Turns out they rang up the WRONG ITEMS on their screen that I couldn’t see the whole time. Compliments of the stoned out of his mind guy who initiated the return but was too inept to finish it and needed help. The whole time they absolutely refused to listen to any of the things I was saying or materials I was showing with full transparency. AND they had the audacity to have attitude about it when they were in the wrong and I was doing literally all I could do to remedy the situation. Hire a better manager and staff for this location Pacsun, it’s not a good look.

Incompetent employees with the most rude and condescending tones you’ll ever encounter. Couldn’t process a simple return without taking half an hour and trying to refund the wrong amount, or check out an item without ignoring the customer right in front of them to go off on some tangent with another employee. Go to another location if you want a fast and positive experience.

awful. at least 4 ppl were working. and then they CLOSE the fitting rooms. the staff are just making jokes and being so loud not found their job. i didn’t even get to try anything on since they had “too much to do” yet they were all standing around. do not go here.

Employees and customer service were horrible. Came into the store, store was not busy, practically no one inside. Asked to use the fitting room, the cashier stated "I'm the only one here right now so the fitting room is closed". Literally a minute later another employee came in. Even if you are the only employee here, you don't even have any customers. Apparently the other employee was not clocking in yet. Even if the employee was not clocking in at that time, you could have opened the fitting room for 1 customer. The other employee not clocking in proceeded to eat at the register while talking to the other cashier. Instead the employee working(with red hair) proceeded to talk on the phone. Her cell phone while at the register "working". She was talking on the phone even prior to the other employee coming in. In other stores, I've seen staff open the fitting room and then come back to the register to ring people up. The store was not even busy at all. Will not spend my money here. Honestly, I’ve never been treated as nice as I was at this store. I was on vacation with family and I was looking for something cute to go out real fast. And Tierra treated me as if she knew me for a long time. We searched for something that will let me get all the babes. This girl made me feel comfortable with myself enough to buy and order more online so honestly if she isn’t a GM or higher you need to look into it because this girl is just amazing and deserves that acknowledgment! If you read this I got the babes! This is how customer service should be!!!!!
