Spent 4 weeks as a patient here for PICC line care and the dispensing of at-home IV medication/supplies. All of the staff were very kind and helpful, and everything went smoothly.

A complete mess. No idea why insurances continue to even utilize this facility. Constant staff changes, unprofessional staff when they do have aby staff, Scheduled appointments always disorganized. If I had a choice I'd never use this facility ever. It's almost like the patient is left doing all the administrative work.

Excellent service re nursing care. No problems there, thank goodness. But the admin side is a mess---specifically billing. I called billing, waited on hold, got someone but they could not answer my question---I wanted the estimated cost of the infusion therapy. I got transferred to another department when I finally got someone, but no one picked up the phone. Finally they provided an option to leave a message if you press "0" which I did but it did not connect to voicemail for another 10 min on hold. On the outgoing message, they say you have to wait 2 days to get a call back. I left a message. Then I tried to go on line and set up an account thinking, so mistakenly, that I would be able to do that and then see the biil we have incurred to date. No such luck. Clicking on "Pay My Bill" I get a message that says "Page not Found." I called back again, waited on hold again, spoke to someone in Billing who said the website was not working, and was again transferred to another department and I again left a message. This is the definition of "the run-around." Very poor office management, very poor service that a family cannot get ANY information about the cost of services. I call this "business Impunity." The culture of their financial side feels like a version of "Let them eat cake---too bad for you, customer. We will bill you when we want, in an amount we determine, and we do not even need to bother to provide you financial info."

The drivers were super courteous and asked if I needed extra help to open the box and put my TPN formula in my refrigerator!!!Thank you so much for your patience with me. They were GREAT !!! My nurse is wonderful but this place is horrible to deal with. I have been trying to get my meds since the beginning of January and it has been nothing but a roller coaster and to date I still haven’t received my medicine. My God if I could deal with somebody else I would.

Pharmacy staff unresponsive but the nursing staff is amazing this is the 2nd time I'm using option care. The nurse Amelia is amazing and answers all questions to best of her ability.

Nice nursing staff. The rest--a dreadful experience. The facility located at 9140 Guilford Rd in Columbia, MD is completely unresponsive to the insurance company or my requests' for information and documentation. We've called for the last three months with no success. Cookie should be retrained on how to provide customer service.

I am disappointed with OptionCare's nursing services. The lack of communication between the pharmacy and nursing department resulted in confusion and delays in my treatment. The nursing services provided were incompetent, lacking the professionalism I expected. Moreover, poor communication persisted throughout my experience, exacerbating the frustration. Additionally, hygiene standards were subpar, raising concerns about the overall quality of care. Overall, my experience with OptionCare fell short of the standards one would expect from a healthcare service provider.

I have had a great experience with Option Care between the pharmacy and my case manager (Karol), as well as the self access teaching team. No complaints!
