My roofing looked great and all was good until the shingles started falling off. Called and Clay said it will be two weeks almost three weeks ago. Now this 50 year warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on. 30 grand and can't get mine fixed. The shameful thing is not even a year later so beware! Now my home is being damaged by rain.

One Day Roofers is a great company. It was the representative, however, who assisted me with my roof purchase that left a lasting impression. I must commend Rep. We were discussing using the company but the cost was to high and my husband has severe medical issues and because we decided to decline at this time we were treated very badly and was texted very rude responses. I would never deal with a company like One Day roofing until the get customer service people that are not money grubbers and treated people very poorly. I saved the text messages to pass on to BBB

STAY AWAY!!!!!!! This company put a roof on my Atlanta home. Within a few months there were leaks. One leak was fixed "only temporarily" and soon I will have to hire a roofer in Atlanta to do the permanent job. The other leak involved wood that was beginning to rot under their new shingles. They refused to fix this leak. Their "50 year* warranty is virtually worthless.

They were supposed to replace any rotten wood, but instead they removed it and covered over it with plywood.

The crew was extremely efficient and courteous. They were like a machine in concert with the job at hand. Our house is a historic landmark and they saved it. I would highly recommend them for any roofing task.

Professionally done. I was actually surprised they had it done in literally one day. We are disabled, and on fixed incomes, had leaking. Was truly thankful they worked with our financial situation to get us a brand new roof! Thank you!!

Patrick was my sales lead through my process. He is very knowledgeable of the company. And the materials used. Patrick walked me thru my process of a new roof system for my mobile home. Eric was my scheduler and had everything set up and it went as set.
The guys arrived around 8am ish, and got strait to work. The were very professional and friendly. They laid tarps down around my home covering my flower beds. They stripped the old roof off and installed the new one,from start to finish was approx 5 hours. They cleaned up all of the debri and even rolled a magnet around to pick up all nails, staples etc. Very surprised at how well they left my yard and flower beds free of debri.
I'm very very satisfied with my new roof system and very pleased with everyone who got me to this point. The new roof made my home look great.
I would definitely recommend this company for a new roof.
