Long wait to unload. No public restroom. Would not deliver to this customer if you value your time.

Good place to deliver too. Got 20 pallets unloaded rather quickly. Lady in receiving office was very polite and friendly.

Seriously a pain in the you know what to back into the docks…if they knew anything about weight distribution, it would be nice. 29K on the drives and 37.5K on the tandems…at the 41’ mark. Won’t catch me loading there again.Reply:I loaded there Wednesday 21 DEC 22

Dry van load delivery. 1 hour to get empty. No appointment needed. Overnight parking??? No official one( they have a gate), but I think you can try park overnight on the road. But again on your own risk.

National Delivery Services is apparently an outsource service to Estes, which is an outsourced service to Lowes. My experience with their team was that they were utterly irresponsible. I paid for a delivery through Lowes. It was supposed to be front door delivery and the Estes site also showed it as "front door." The item was to arrive October 28, and Lowes showed it shipped immediately. Estes changed the date 4 times in the course of a week. I was patient about all of this understanding current shipping challenges. Then today arrived and I missed a call from the driver. I grabbed the message within one minute to hear that he "couldn't get up my driveway". (Massive moving trucks get up this driveway with no problem) so they left it curbside. I raced down my driveway, but they were already gone. The delivery is a 400 pound, $1500 piece, which they left at the curb. It is pouring rain, and they did not even cover it. When I called the driver, he had me call NDS. NDS claimed that Estes only pays them for curbside and they are not obliged to protect the delivery by their contract with Estes. Not sure whether that is true or not, but it is utterly "couldn't get up my driveway" which I understand to mean "didn't feel like it". It is also insane that you would leave a piece this size and value in the pouring rain with no protection, regardless of what the contract states--throw a piece of plastic over it for goodness' sakes! I could have gone to Lowes, had someone help me load into my minivan and had it at least at my house side, instead it is on a public street in the rain. I have called Lowes to share this experience, and they at least offered good customer service and are working to make it right. But for sure I will not ship from Lowes again if they uses Estes and NDS and I would advise no one to use Estes directly as they have absolutely awful policies and outsource to non -competent drivers who don't even protect the products they are delivering.
