I met Ashton C. Ashton provided me with the best customer service experience I have had in a very long time. I am so glad he was assigned to assist me with finding the right eye wear. I left confident with the choices I made. He was able to explain and make the necessary adjustments. His attention to detail will be had to duplicate. Thank you Ashton!

Great customer service! I used to work in Columbia so this is the location I started with when I moved to Maryland. I no longer work in Columbia but I still come just for the customer service even though I live closer to the Laurel location. Thanks for the amazing experience!

I had to get an eye exam to renew my driver's lisence. The doctor forgot to send my exam to the MVA for TWO WEEKS IN A ROW, and then finally told me that he wouldn't or couldn't submit my test online, which (according to the MVA website) is a LIE.

Cyndi is ALWAYS good to me. Keep her and give her a substantial raise or she’s liable to walk to your competitors. You corporate bean counters make enough cheddar. Break some of for the worker bees.

Lousy customer service unprofessional rotten attitudes I've been waiting over 3 weeks for my glasses no one bothered to inform me when or if they would be ready new manager Torri put me on hold never bothered to return my call when I called back to speak to her all of a sudden she's in meetings until closing time. SMH ? after this I'm switching to another eye doctor more professional and caring stuff.

I’ve been coming to my eye doctors for years. Unfortunately my son’s experience today with the eye doctor that helped him was very unsatisfactory to me! Her bedside manner was very dismissive and seemed to be bothered that she had to help my son. He has developmental delays and she was very impatient with him. She asked him to guess letters and when he guessed wrong she said don’t make up letters. That makes so sense if you told him to guess even though he can’t see the letters clearly! I’ve worked in customer service for over 24 years and counting and I’ve never been as unpleasant as this lady. Her name is Sepideh Zarani and I’ll just make the extra trip to go to the Laurel location even though I’ve been coming to this location for over 10 years! Let’s hope this was just a bad day for her and this isn’t everyday behavior! A smile and warmth goes a long way in todays world and she was not very welcoming! Everyone else was great in the office!

Waste of time, I when to the branch to make my appointment and this people just make a mistake with my appointment I lost the rest of the day of my job these a lady she is nasty and the supervisor, she is lost.

My experience with Dr. Stephens was great! She’s quick without feeling rushed and was ready to answer any questions I had. She made me feel very comfortable. Cindy helped me with checkout and she was the sweetest! I don’t usually leave reviews but wanted to show appreciation to her for making my experience the best it could be. I will definitely be recommending this place!

Stay away! This particular branch, Columbia branch, has some issues getting its glasses. This is the 2nd time in one year. First it was my wife's glasses that just took forever and now mine. Every time I would call, I would get a different reason. First time I called, it was mentioned my glasses were here, but since it didn't get inspected by our lab, it has to wait for another day to hand over. Next day I called I was told the person who does inspection had not shown up until the end of the day. I called the following week, they couldn't even find my glasses. Now I called today (another 3 days passed) again, and now they are telling me I have to wait after weekend to find the details. Luckily my vision is not that bad, but I can't imagine someone with high end number waiting for weeks to get the glasses, when initially you are told 'they are here, just waiting on inspection'. So, stay away if you really need them on time. If you are not in hurry and can take these runarounds, you might be okay.

A Nightmare Experience with Dr. Adel Ebraheem - Stay Away!Rating: 0.5 Stars (If only I could give a lower rating!)I cannot emphasize enough how horrendous my recent encounter with Dr. Adel Ebraheem was. My son, who was excited to try contacts for the first time, left the appointment scarred by Dr. Ebraheem's utterly unprofessional behavior.To say Dr. Ebraheem overstepped boundaries is an understatement. Instead of allowing my capable and competent child to insert the contacts himself, Dr. Ebraheem took it upon himself to forcefully attempt the procedure. This invasive act left my child flinching and uncomfortable, a situation no parent should witness.Despite my reassurances that my child could handle the task, Dr. Ebraheem arrogantly insisted, "No, he could mess up his cornea." The audacity of such imperious behavior is beyond belief. It was as if Dr. Ebraheem had no regard for my child's autonomy or our concerns as parents.This mortifying experience showcased a level of disregard that is inexcusable in the medical profession. Dr. Ebraheem's overbearing conduct and lack of professionalism left us shaken and deeply disappointed. I sincerely hope that no one else has to endure such a distressing encounter with a healthcare professional.Shame on Dr. Adel Ebraheem for tarnishing what should have been a routine and positive experience. I implore anyone considering this optometrist to think twice before subjecting themselves or their loved ones to such an appalling lack of respect and decency.

The staff were very helpful and professional. They took the time to make sure my daughter’s glasses fit well. It definitely gets busy though.
