“Welp this is my new go-to Harris Teeter. At first, it took a little getting used to as I'm accustomed to the layout of the Severna Park location. Harris Teeter has grown to be my favorite grocery store in Maryland because they have a great selection of items for a great price. When I first started shopping at Harris Teeter, the prices seemed to be a little more Wegmans level but I've come to realize that if you pay attention to the circular, they have some really good deals especially compared to other grocery stores here. I recommend signing up for their Vic and e-Vic program for extra savings. Sometimes they even give you things for free on your Vic card. I usually use self checkout but the staff I've encountered at the door and within the aisles have been courteous and friendly. I also like that this Harris Teeter is literally right in the neighborhood for some...right in the middle of a quiet residential area. I always seem to get there at the best times because I haven't encountered a packed parking lot or long lines yet. I found another Harris Teeter to love!”

“My brother is a pharmacist, so I know just how stressful the job can be, especially during a pandemic stricken year. I want to commend the Lynx Lane CVS Pharmacy Dept because all of my experiences have been wonderful. From visiting new doctors to new medications, getting my 'scrips filled has been nothing but seamless here. No matter the time of day, including the dreaded 5-6pm hour, I've yet to experience a line. Today's experience showed me just how attentive they are (again). When ringing me up, the nice tech noticed I had no refills left on my specific medication and offered to reach out to the prescribing doc's office. No need since I was meeting with the doc again soon to reup, but the proactive offer was certainly appreciated. That's the kind of tech I'd want filling my meds. FYI - not only can you walk up to the counter, they also offer drive through pick-up, with covid testing.”

“This Giant is excellent compared to many others, including the newly built ones. I have always found it very clean, organized, and ditto the restrooms. Ample and easy parking. Carts always available. Hand wipes. Customer service personnel friendly and knowledgeable. It is astounding to know that this location continually offers fresh, abundant and varied organic produce that is FRESH! Many other Giants have organic but are on their last legs in terms of freshness. The dairy, seafood, and bakery staff are nice and helpful. Meat, produce, and deli personnel need retraining in customer service protocol and helpfulness. There are many instances where the check out personnel had me worried as in zombie-like responses/dismissive attitudes but they are just s l o w and innocuous. The employees that do not want to do their jobs are what you have to worry about as they boldly gang up to whisper remarks that mock a customer and it is apparent they are clearly crossing the line. Here is one example: While I was putting my items on the conveyer. I noticed that the cashier and bagger where intensely discussing something while she was checking out the person in front of me. The cashier turned her back on me and then the bagger guy blurted out *this lane is closed but you can go to the next lane* (next lane had 3 people ahead of me) and I said why are you telling me this now that I have all my items on the conveyer, can't you please check me out as I only have 11 items? The cashier turned around and loudly said she was on break, was going to close her lane and no one could help me!! WUT???? She was through with the person in front of me. Why not say I am closed when I approached the lane or began putting my items on the belt? I should have reported them, but G doesn't do anything anyway so why waste my time. Also, this was in mid afternoon and I have learned that this location is not a good place to come shopping after 12 noon. Early mornings are the best time to shop at this location--you will not regret making the effort to get here early. Bliss.”

“Mask mandate - if you have a mask mandate please enforce it. We are all sick of COVID and need to support the mandate. Today I was at Safeway in Harpers Choice and there was a family of 4 without masks - solution for Safeway - have masks available and hand out to those without masks - if they decide not to wear them they should be asked to leave. I will only shop at stores that require masks until we get COVID-19 under control - if you aren't going to mandate and enforce, change your sign so consumers can decide if they want to enter! Thank you!”
