Firstly, Andrew was amazing! He answered all my questions and even stayed on hold with customer service for at least half an hour to ensure my discount went through. Not only that, but he set a reminder in his phone to call me to ensure that discount was actually activated by the date customer service gave him. He was very personable and patient.
Emmanuel was also great & was the first to greet me! He took his time to explain everything and was very nice! A few days later I had to go back in because I had a question about an app and even though he was heading out because he was off for the day, he stayed late to help me figure it out!

I honestly can't say the same for their co-workers. They all seemed indifferent and came off as they did not want to be there. One in particular seemed very verbally aggressive when dealing with customers and it honestly made me uncomfortable.”

The associate said they cannot give chairs due to mall rules and I could not wait inside in the empty store or lounge area. He then went to his crew leader(big beard guy). I was immediaetly brought in and supplied my pickup. Great customer service provided as I said I didnt mind waiting, I just couldnt be standing the time I needed to wait.
