This store was very clean and well organized I believe in large part to the great management of Nyrie (I hope I spelled it correctly). She was very hospitable during our visit and helped us find everything we needed as well as offered great recommendations regarding current sales and promotions. I had just gotten off of work at about 5 and was researching availability which led me to visiting this Vans location for the first time and I can confidently say that I will %100 be returning! I had thee warmest welcome and was lucky enough to be assisted by Alex H. She was so accommodating, patient, and kind! I can imagine that individuals who work in retail are mentally and physically exhausted after a busy season but by Alex’s stellar customer service you’d never even know. I ended up leaving with 2 pair of shoes for my 2 children and a huge smile on my face. Thank you Alex for being as genuine and helpful as were! You are a light! “I give this a 5 stars because there was an obnoxious, pathetic customer in the store that literally THREW a hanger at the employee. The employee kept his calm and tried to diffuse the situation. Honestly, this is what happens when you live in a liberated country... people abuse their rights and take advantage of the system. I just wish that customer gets charged for some type of abuse because although the service industry is important, customers should not be put on a pedestal to the point where they are hand-fed everything!”
“This store is pretty big and had a wide selection of both men's and women's clothing. They also had shoes and other things like hats. This store has charging stations for phones with multiple different chargers and updated dressing rooms if you are interested in trying on clothing. Super neat and cool store!”
“My husband had his wedding suit custom made at Indochino. The staff was very timely with the suit and the small alterations my husband asked for. We were both very impressed with the price and would recommend this location.”
“The BEST express in the DMV. I went to Tyson’s and felt forced to select a suit I didn’t love because of limited options. when I got home I knew I had to return it. Went to Columbia and they had everything pulled and helped me with different shirt options because I changed suit colors and was amazed at how many more options they had and everything laid out perfectly! “10/10 Customer Service! This visit took place a little over a month ago, but it’s been on my mind since then. I just had to write a review. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly by an associate named Ty. I was looking for a delicate blouse to match with my trousers. It was for an upcoming event with my mates abroad. He showed me to the section, and asked me considerate questions about my idea of what I was looking for, and for more details on my event to help me best. He was very friendly, well mannered, and attentive to even the little things.
Checkout process was smooth and seamless. He ended up recommending me a few jewelry selections. Among them was a pair of beautiful earrings that brought out the color in my eyes. I ended up leaving with more than just a blouse; a pair of dainty earrings that matched perfectly with my now completed outfit, a positive mood, and a happy smile. I will be coming back ;).”
