“One of My best experience at a DXL store, they had more better selection than other stores. This location at Columbia had a really good salesman name Glen. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, honest and patience. Glen even help me find a perfect matching pair of suit pants I've been looking for. I strongly recommend Glen @ DXL if your out in the Columbia area for men's clothing wear!”

“Love this store!!! Its like a Disney store for adults! A little high priced but liscened merchandise is usually more expensive anyway... I make sure to stop by a few times in a season bc we always grab cool shirts and figurines. The sales and clearance sections are usually "lacking" but again, it's liscened merchandise from the mega-global conglomerate DISNEY so I expect that, still, I'd like to get some cool stuff for cheaper if possible ?Singed,A mother of three who visits often ?✨️(Got our Airbender and Firebender shirts from there 2 weeks ago! “This store is pretty big and had a wide selection of both men's and women's clothing. They also had shoes and other things like hats. This store has charging stations for phones with multiple different chargers and updated dressing rooms if you are interested in trying on clothing. Super neat and cool store!”

“I give this a 5 stars because there was an obnoxious, pathetic customer in the store that literally THREW a hanger at the employee. The employee kept his calm and tried to diffuse the situation. Honestly, this is what happens when you live in a liberated country... people abuse their rights and take advantage of the system. I just wish that customer gets charged for some type of abuse because although the service industry is important, customers should not be put on a pedestal to the point where they are hand-fed everything!”

“This review is specifically to commend Qweisi and Addie for the excellent above and beyond service! Unfortunately the PIN code on my gift card was not visible/unable to be read after the staff tried to reveal it. This occurred in the middle of my transaction and I spent over 40 minutes in the store with them as they tried to resolve the issue in order to get the payment completed. It was an ordeal indeed, but Qweisi and Addie continued to troubleshoot so that I could leave satisfied. In the end, they took my information and committed to shipping the merchandise to me as soon as possible. Addie planned to resolve the issue with corporate during the week so that I would not have to wait any longer in the store. Thank you both for putting customer experience first!!”
“The BEST express in the DMV. I went to Tyson’s and felt forced to select a suit I didn’t love because of limited options. when I got home I knew I had to return it. Went to Columbia and they had everything pulled and helped me with different shirt options because I changed suit colors and was amazed at how many more options they had and everything laid out perfectly!
