After a bad inspection experience, I would never come here to get any work done. They tried to charge us $145 for 3 amber lights that were blown (parts and labor). We decided to purchase and change the lights ourselves (which only cost us $15). I guess they didn't like that. It wasn't even 30 minutes after leaving the shop and my tire light was on. I didn't even go anywhere but that shop, to my sons school then home. All within a few miles and no highways. Not nice of you all to do that to already struggling people.
And the shop stinks. It reeks of cigarette smoke. I don't recommend.

I found out on Sunday that I desperately needed an MD state inspection for my vehicle in order to work on the following day, Monday. I found several places in the area that conduct these inspections; however, they were all closed on Sundays. I sent out several frantic emails to over 10 auto shops in the area to see if I could get an appointment for the inspection on the following day. I assumed no one would respond since it was Sunday and everyone was closed; however, Eric from LMT responded most promptly to my message. He told me the price of the inspection and indicated that I could come in the next day at 9 am to get my car inspected. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my appointment shortly after due to extenuating circumstances; however, I am so very IMPRESSED with their customer service. They did not have to respond to my message till Monday when their shop opened, but they chose to do so on a Sunday afternoon, just to assist someone in need. Great vibes all around! Thank you so much for your help LMT - it's greatly appreciated!

I had a fantastic experience with LMT, getting new tires, an oil change, and some other services on my 30’ Class C RV. I mainly dealt with Eric and he was very helpful, and seemed genuinely concerned about making sure all my needs were addressed. Also, when I ran into numerous issues with having my RV towed to them (using a company dispatched via Good Sam) they were very patient and understanding. What was supposed to be a relatively quick one-day process became two days, because of the towing issues, and they were so accommodating. It’s hard to find good RV shops, and I’m so glad I found LMT!

The staff at LMT Auto Repair go above and beyond to help their customers. We have 4 vehicles and will only take our cars there. They are honest and tell exactly what needs to be done. I recently had a battery issue with by Honda Pilot and while I was waiting for a jump, I called the shop and Eric was ordering me a new battery to have ready and waiting to replace the next day. Greatly appreciated all they do for us.Services: Auto battery replacement

This was my first visit. All questions were answered prior to work being done. The work was done in half of the time. The cost was just as they shared. No extra charges. I will return in the future. Thanks gentlemen.

After calling several places in the area & they all being booked up for the morning, I found LMT online for my tire that was going flat. The gentleman on the line was nice & told me to come in. Walked in & wasn't greeted until after the 3 men were done holding a conversation. That instantly annoyed me because that's very rude to not greet a customer. I explained to the gentleman that my tire was going flat & he called someone from the back to come up to get my truck. Ok, great. Another gentleman told me that I had something in the tire (which I already figured because it was going flat while I was driving) & the guy was fixing it. Ok, cool. What's not cool is that once the mechanic finished, the bill was $56. I heard him say $56 the first time but I needed to make sure he was talking about my vehicle. So he said it again $56. I had to make sure all I got done was a tire plug & he said yes. Like how tf does the tire plug cost $56?! I've been many of places & have never paid over $25 for that. There are many service shops in that circle so if I should need the service around, I'll walk to them before paying $56 again. That's just ridiculous for a 10 min job. If the price was discussed upfront, I would've taken my chance & went to another shop. They need to work on their customer service & pricing. Needless to say I'm never going back.
