The staff was amazing. Great service. So helpful. I came in looking for prescription sunglasses. I have high astigmatism. They were able to guide me and fine the perfect sunglasses. I work outside all day so it's important to have the proper sunglasses. I would recommend family and friend to go.

I appreciated Mr. Leonard for helping me choice the right style of glass and tell me about the transitional glass and suggested that I should give it a try, and if I don’t like it I can always return it and keep what I usually gets from Len Crafter. He is knowledgeable and patient in explains about my new pair of glasses. It’s an expensive pair of glasses, and it’s required a lot adjustment due to the pressure on both sides and the noise pads and the frame does not seem to aligned; therefore, I keep having to come back to Lens Crafters to get my new pair of glasses adjusted.

I had a very good experience at LensCrafters. The doctor was down to earth and pleasant, I was checked in quickly and was able to do the pre screening right away. The office staff provided excellent customer service and information. I’m glad I found this spot in the Columbia Mall.

Judy was super helpful and very personable. She provided a cost comparison between the two insurance plans I have and even found additional coupon savings. I appreciate the great service provided and the convenient location in Columbia mall.

Went to get glasses today and went home with new glasses! It is just amazing to me how many chains have ditched in-store labs. I LOVE lenscrafters in the Columbia Mall because you can still get a same-day pair of glasses. Great selection and customer service, too. Wonderful!

Very bad customer experience and product. My eyeglass surface peeled off in just six months, and when I ask them why they just tell me to pay again and get it fixed than explaining why. I don't recommend at all.

The gentleman at the service desk, Jay, was extremely helpful and kind. I was there to fill an emergency prescription for glasses because I had just been diagnosed with an eye infection and told not to wear my contacts for at least a week, but I can't drive or work without corrected vision. So I needed something filled within the same day. My health insurance also doesn't cover optometry, so I needed inexpensive options. LensCrafters gave me affordable eyewear within a few hours. I'm deeply grateful.

If you're in the DC area and you need glasses, go to the LensCrafters in Columbia and ask for Carlos. I had a glasses emergency and Carlos was extremely helpful. I have a very strong prescription and he got me a good pair, for a reasonable price, really quickly. Would definitely recommend.

I went on a Saturday afternoon to buy new glasses and have an older pair repaired. It was busy but not too busy. We were seen in a reasonable period of time, giving me a chance to select new frames. I was pleased with the selection of frames offered. Leonard was the optician I worked with, and he is fantastic. Calm demeanor, exuding confidence, patient as he explained the choices for lenses (which I am sure he has done thousands of times). Overall a very positive experience. Can't wait to get my new glasses!

This is NOT a "real" LensCrafters and therefore not covered under United Healthcare. The employee said they only leased the floorspace. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE USING INSURANCE.

I came here expecting to pay a higher amount of money for a specific pair of glasses I wanted. Even though I couldn’t use my insurance benefits towards my purchase, the salesperson Carlos went above and beyond to make sure I received all the discounts from their current sales and promotions. And on top of that, my glasses were ready in less than an hour! I paid less than what I expected and was wearing my new glasses the very same day. So happy I decided to come here!
