I recently had a disappointing experience at the Labcorp in Columbia. I arrived early for the first appointment of the day, but the person working there was incredibly rude from the start. She questioned why I didn't go to a different Labcorp closer to my address, even though this location is actually the closest and the one my family has used for years.
After checking me in, I handed her my paperwork, and she complained about the amount of information she had to enter into the computer, instructing me to "sit over there." The paperwork entry took just a few minutes, but the entire interaction felt very uncomfortable. When she finally took me back to draw my blood, I assumed someone else would be taking my blood, so I tried to be polite by wishing her a better day. Then she came back to take my blood, and I was scolded once more for moving my arm during the procedure.
Overall, the experience was unpleasant and made me feel very uncomfortable. We've had fine experiences here before, so I hope this was just an off day for her. Hopefully, she finds a job that better suits her or has a better day next time.

The senior lady at the desk is rude and mean. I made an appointment for 7 am for a breath test. When I came in she rudely said “Don’t know if we even have the kit”(with a major attitude like it’s my fault). She then came back and said (literally): Go to room 1, sit in a grey chair (again with a major attitude like barking at me). I could not help but wonder “what have I done wrong to you, except that I am just sick and need a test”.

The staff at this location is super rude, they yelled at them and were angry with my 6-year-old son with autism for not wanting to leave, horrible experience.

Stopped into this Labcorp location to have bloodwork done. I was happy to find that there weren't many others in the waiting area, which I hoped would mean they'd have me in and out. The wait was the ONLY good thing about this location. There is an older black lady at the front desk who is just mean. No people skills what so ever! I answered her questions cordially, as she continued to bark more orders. She didn't even look up to speak with me. Probably the worst customer service experience I have even had! The phlebotomist, however; was a gem! She poked me once and I didn't even feel the pain I typically feel when giving blood! I hope she finds a new job, because the Labcorp location is horrible and no place for someone like her who truly loves what she does!

I "walked-in" when they first opened on 3/7/2024. I registered immediately, my name came up as the first on the waiting list. People "walking in" after me continued to get called on first. After 40 minutes when I asked why this was I was told "we'll get to when we can". Discrimination at it's finest!

I "walked - in" on 3/7/2024 at 6:30 am when they first opened. I immediately registered via their kiosk. I waited for 40 minutes while others who continued to stroll in after me were taken first. When I asked about this discrepancy i was told "we'll take care of you when we can". Obviously they had no intention of seeing me , so I left.

I passed out pretty much immediately after my blood draw this morning and the staff could not have been more helpful, empathetic, patient, and kind. 10/10 would pass out here again. I wish I could remember the phlebotomists' names so I could give them the full credit they deserve.

I just left this facility with my daughter who was super nervous about bloodwork. I read the reviews on this place and ensured her everything will be fine. We waited longer than we should because we were not checked in properly. When I went to the first front desk person I could find she promptly assisted, which I greatly appreciated. When we were led back to a room, next thing we know the same front desk person comes in to draw my daughter’s blood. I also noticed another front desk person doing blood on someone else. But here’s where it goes horribly wrong. This young lady does not access a noticeable vein. Instead, she goes the way right and JABS the needle in my daughter’s arm by almost an inch and a half. I was shocked and expressed my shock but I didn’t tell her to stop as to not cause this woman to retaliate and cause more pain to my daughter while the needle was significantly inserted into her small arm. We are now in the car and my daughter’s arm is sore, injured. I can’t believe this was the experience she had. I’m traumatized, she’s traumatized. We will never come back here again and I urge others to ignore the positive reviews of this “Ms. T” person. She is not here. Do not be persuaded otherwise. I will be seeking a reimbursement of funds.

This is one of the only places I'll go for bloodwork. I don't like it when I get poked more than once, it has never happened here. Last visit, I was in and out and was welcomed with great conversation. Thank you for making my dreaded blood draws a lot more pleasant
