This afternoon, I had an appointment at LabCorp for a blood draw, and overall, I was very pleased with the experience. The staff were professional, friendly, and efficient. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and I didn't have to wait long to be seen.
The phlebotomist was skilled and gentle, making the blood draw process almost painless. They took the time to ensure I was comfortable and answered all my questions thoroughly. The facility was clean and well-maintained, which added to the positive experience.
I appreciate the professionalism and care shown by the LabCorp team and would definitely recommend their services to others.

The management at this office should be replaced. The staff are rude. Incompetent, and generally annoying. You're Fired!

I like this location a lot. I really appreciate people who are good at phlebotomy without blowing out my veins and causing bruising. When the needle went in and when it came out I didn’t even realize.

I arrived at 10:30 am it’s now 11:19am . The front desk and phlebotomist are so unorganized and all over the place . While i was sitting in a room they sent another patient to the same exact room that i was in . Not only that but I have a needle phobia therefore the moment i sit down in the chair i have to began the process right away. By doing so it lessen my anxiety and leaves me less time to think about the situation. I sat down in the chair and a phlebotomist came in to start the process . She then asked my name as well as DOB , after I stated the info she then rushed out the room and stated that she had to take care of an appointment before me . I waited about 5 minutes then a completely different phlebotomist came into the room , she asked the same exact questions that the last phlebotomist had ask . Again I verified the info and she also rushed out the room this time stating that the information wasn’t in the computer. Prior to her leaving I made her aware of my needle phobia. I’m not sure if they’re aware of the definition of needle phobia but they should definitely do research. Then 2 minutes later the original phlebotomist comes back and asks me the same exact question, “ name and DOB “ she then rushes out the room stating that the info isn’t in the computer. Then you wouldn’t believe what happened next , the other phlebotomist comes back in and states the same thing . ATP I’m fed up and goes back to the front desk to request back my order because clearly they’re all running around like a chicken with its head cut off increasing my anxiety. They need organization because this particular location definitely lacks just that . If i could give 0 stars i would .

Disappointed staff were rude & couldn’t get serviced after waiting nearly a hour. Was not expecting the long wait times when the facility wasn’t even busy.

They move really slow. If you’re on a time schedule, seek out other labcorp in area. My daughter missed her appointment due to the long waiting time. Staff was submissive and nasty.

will only got back here if absolutely in a bind and have a lot of time on my hands. Attempted to get labs here 2 days in the same week both during what ordinarily would be considered non peak hours and had the exact same experience. 1st day was mid morning on a Monday. The desk person seemed highly absent-minded and at some point admitted to it. She handed me someone else's lab paperwork and didn't even pay attention as she went on about the service related tot hat person until I showed her she had given me another patient's record. Now despite her apparent absent mindedness she was very polite so I'll giver her that. Service was so slow. I ended up leaving before getting my labs done.Came back again soon after they opened on another day at 7am. Well the desk rep was even slower and literally took almost 45 mins with one patient she was checking in. The idea of going in early typically is probably because you're tying to get it done before work right? Well again I ended up leaving with no service provided. If the front desk people are taking forever to check people in then obviously the lab techs will be slowed down.I ended up going to a location closer to my work in Rockville and guess what, I made a same day appointment, Got my service done within 15 mins by such competent friendly staff.I do not recommend the little patuxent office in Columbia at all.
