Michael was extremely patient and helpful, and spent hours with me to make sure I was happy with the selection of my living room furniture.
I shopped around, but there was no comparable quality to La-Z-Boy.
I would highly recommend Michael and the Columbia store!

Summer was very helpful not pushy, she showed me how the chair was made and showed me different sofas and explained the quality of them. I loved the fact that I came back and another salesman helped me but asked who was my sales person and made sure they got the credit. I loved the team at this store and will always come here first.
